Ridiculously bad service considering the price of postage. My useless mail carrier brings mail about 4 days a week and NEVER picks up outgoing mail.
Ive always had courteous counter service and delivery from the local USPS.Unlike some of their local competitors their counter is open longer hours and is generally easier to access rather than having to use 3rd party drop-offs.
Stevens Point local USPS does not wear masks during the COVID19 pandemic (also while under a state mask mandate). These mail carriers are traveling to dozens an dozens of locations each and every day. To protect themselves, and the businesses they enter, they should be wearing masks. I am disappointed to see the extreme lack of enforcement. This has occurred with multiple different people from USPS.
Always quick and friendly service
Overall quick, but the thing that made this experience negative was when I simply asked for a few pieces of tape to secure my package together. The young lady at the desk acted like it was the biggest deal ever. I didnt realize it was that big of a deal to give a few pieces of tape to a customer.
Trent has saved my packages from being misdelivered! A family member sent Xmas gifts to our old address, and he caught it and corrected it to our current address. Thank you so much!
Asked someone a question about mailing something out quickly, and they were nice and helpful. Got out in just half an hour.
Package was out for delivery... then it was updated to ready for pickup at PO. Why didnt you deliver it? Why do I need to take off from work to pick it up? Why do you not answer your phone?

Terrible customer service and experience ever!! Older gentlemen named Jim up front didnt give any information and was straight up rude. Also had to stand and wait for 15 minutes before getting any customer service.Go to UPS or any other alternatives!
