D1 Stevens Point Wisconsin is a fantastic facility!! Kevin/owner Is professional and kind.. He runs a great facility with amazing staff/coaches.. I love how Ive come to learn that D1 is not just a gym but a team!! The coaches totally care about our well being!! And because of that all that attend become like family!! I could never have imagined that I would love going to a gym like I do!! Thanks D1 for everything that you do for us and the ways that you encourage us just to move forward!!!! You are the best!!!
Kali is amazing. She has helped me improve my hip mobility which has resulted in squat depth improvements. She incorporates new stretches each week. She is fun to be around and the time goes by so fast while also being very productive. Could not be more satisfied.
This is the first fitness class I have ever joined and I am really loving it! I was very nervous to start because Ive never done any type of weight training or even working out with other people. The coaches are very skilled and help you through anything you need. Everyone is so motivating and welcoming great atmosphere!
This experience has been amazing so far. Kali listened to me and my goals then took that information and made something that works for me. Scheduling one on one sessions is easy and works with my ever changing work and life schedules. That flexibility Also transfers over to my workouts, if something isn’t working or doesn’t feel right she is quick to find an adjustment or adaptation. These workouts have easily become part of my weekly plans.

My 12 year old son works out at the Stevens Point D1. He loves going and I can already see the results. The staff is fantastic with the kids and make the workouts fun. Would highly recommend D1 to others and their families.
D1 is so sweet. As a former collegiate athlete, I absolutely love the workouts. Im definitely a HIIT type of girl, but D1 makes me feel like Im doing HIIT while also incorporating heavy strength. I can get toned & build muscle / max out all in one workout. Its awesome. Definitely recommend to anyone who loves to workout but struggles to create their own.
Just started at D1- Steven’s Point a couple weeks ago. The atmosphere is friendly, the instructors are knowledgeable and keep you engaged with the variety of workouts. Definitely a great gym for people of all fitness levels to gain strength and confidence!
I signed my son up hoping to help him build muscle and gain weight. After about 8 sessions we can already see a slight improvement. More time has passed and the improvement is awesome. Sawyer is wonderful!

Great place to go and get you feeling better. Have had knee surgery (acl repair) and arm issues. Both have felt so much better after going through exercises and working all the areas. Its not easy, they put you to work but you will feel better. I was always sceptical about therapy when I was younger, I was wrong.

Very professional staff and the workouts are always mixed up to keep it fresh and interesting.
I highly recommend D1 Training. Their personal training staff are knowledgeable on all aspects of athletic performance. If your serious about becoming a better athlete or helping your children become better athletes this company is the real deal. The facility has everything you’d expect, battle ropes, tractor tires, free weights, pull-up bars, and more. The most important part is the dynamic of group fitness and being pushed harder than you would on your own.
I am so glad I started working out at D1! I have tried so many group workouts that never seem to give me the kind of workout that I need! Within each group workout the coach always personalizes anything that you are doing to help you achieve your personal best and make sure your form is right! I am so happy with D1 - Stevens Point!

I look forward to my personal training sessions every week with Bill! I am becoming much stronger and more confident in my abilities as an athlete. Bill has also helped me work through a few nagging injuries that normally would have halted my running, biking, etc. It has been a good balance of challenge and fun!
D1 really helped me have better posture and build my muscles. The coaches are very helpful always taking the time to make sure if Im having a good workout and if I need to challenge myself more! I actually love this place. The coached are nice and the workouts are good. The equipment is in quite fine condition, from what my inexperienced eye can tell. Nuff said
I attended noon yoga with Shannon, it was a blast! She had us try a few new moves, I felt strong and she gave us time to relax towards the end. I used to frequent Monday night with JEn as well, she’s awesome too!! Always has new moves to share, lots of inspiration. Anyone, new or experienced, needs to try a yoga class with Shannon & Jen.

Ive tried many different gyms and fitness classes. I have to say that I truly enjoy working out at D1 Training!! The owner, Kevin, and the trainers are all super knowledgeable and very kind!!I love that I can get an amazing workout done in 1 hour/day!! I was spending a lot more time than that in the regular gym setting. AND...Im getting results SO MUCH FASTER at D1!!The other gym members are so welcoming and friendly! They motivate me to push myself and are always cheering everyone on! I highly recommend D1 Training!!
This is the only place Id ever workout at! The trainers and interns are amazing! Their so supportive and motivating. Workouts are all crazy good! And Kevin goes above and beyond. Love this place!

D1 has a great atmosphere that you dont find at a lot gyms. The trainers really do a good job of creating a team environment which makes everyone feel more included and ultimately more motivated to be better. I also love how the trainers pay attention to injury prevention as a top priority; something a lot of other places talk about but in practice rarely do. The best gym i have ever been a part of! Just over 2 weeks ago, I visited D1 for their open house and I instantly knew this was my new gym. Their coaches are knowledgeable (and great with swapping exercises for limitations/injuries) and the workouts are always different. This helps me learn new things but also keeps me interested in the workouts.
Love this place! Im having tons of fun coming to work out here! D1 Training has some very nice coaches and lots of activities to make getting in shape fun and enjoyable! I love D1! The trainers are very knowledgeable and everyone is very friendly. They made the new people feel very welcome in my first week and explained things very well. The workouts are challenging but very fun!
I love having the coaches plan our workouts, watch our form and motivate/encourage us. I dont have to think - - they are there to push and support. I work harder at D1 and leave feeling energized and pumped! Thank you so much!!!!
Great environment and quality instructor-led training. Strength sessions are intense at times, but you can taper back if needed.
Yoga with Jen is the best. I always leave feeling better than when I come in. Fantastic! If you are wondering if you should try it, yes, you should.
I have been training at D1 for some time now. Kevin is very in tune with my limitations and has developed a workout that my body can handle.To add to my training I began taking the Wednesday noon yoga class with Shannon. It is fantastic!! I would recommend it to anyone just beginning yoga or a seasoned yogi.

The D1 family is so welcoming. I am doing things I never imagined I’d do and I love it. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and will modify based upon my needs (post back surgery). I’ve never been consistent with working out and now I look forward to it.
