I rented the 50’ man lift. The power was supposed to be good for two hours without charging. Not true, once we found this out, had to keep it plugged in and it worked for the rest of the day. (P.S. the wonderful women that rented to me did explain this might happen.)Overall good experience and I would rent from them again.

Rented a drum sander and had only a limited amount of sand paper, and what sand paper they had was 3 times the cost of what it should of been, the dust bags had holes in them, last time I go there.

I have rented from them both personally and professionally. They have a large selection of contractor equipment including lifts, bobcats, chippers, saws, and host of other whatever you need. I find their fees reasonable, in many cases better than the national outfits. Theyve always been courteous when Ive dealt with them and have remedied any problems I might have encountered quickly and fairly.

We have dealt with this place for years and its always been excellent service. Until today. Everything went really well until the piece of equipment we rented quit. The motor died and wouldnt start. We called them and and they sent a man out who also couldnt get it to run. We took it back to the shop and the guy still wanted to charge us the full day even though the machine quit about 1 1/2 hours into the day. He actually said it wasnt their fault! Whose fault is it if you rent a piece of motorized equipment and the motor wont run!? He argued and argued over the charge when there should have been none. This particular guy was an incredible exception to everyone else weve ever dealt with at this store.

They have everything you could ever need to rent! Seriously, give them a call if you need anything. Rented a ladder for a few hours since our contractor forgot to bring one.

Bought a surplus item from Wayne when I got it home found some defects on it so I called him back. He told me to bring it back and He refunded my money with no problem apologized for the inconvenience and I was on my way. Thanks Wayne good to have a place like that in our town.

Didnt load equipment for 45 minutes then charged me an extra hour when I came back 45 minutes later than the ticket said on the time, what a scammer.Was friendly when I rented, when I came back he was an ass, told me come back any time and well take your Illinois money!Will never rent from him again, will drive to Madison if I need a Bobcat, they have fair prices, not a rip-off

Took my push mower here for an oil change/tune up, they told me a day or two. Called after 1 week and they had done nothing and didnt seem to really care. So I picked it up and will be going elsewhere!!! Complete waste of time
