They had really good reviews, most of which referred to Corina. So I decided to book an appt with her. When I arrived for my appt. I was quickly greeted and did not have to wait past my appt. I had the pleasure of getting my hair cut by Stacy and the service was awesome. I got my hair cut right on time and all the staff was very polite and fun to be around. They all engaged in conversation and made the appointment go very fast. My haircut was just the way I described and Stacy made sure everything was perfect before I walked out the door. Told the barber Im trying to grow my hair longer, so just wanted a trim. She proceeded to cut 2 off my hair. It could reach the end of my nose this morning, and now barely covers my eyebrows. Im pretty disappointed. At least the place is clean.

First time getting a cut at this location today! They got me in on short notice and gave me an excellent cut, you can tell the staff knows what theyre doing and gave a top-tier cut at a fair price. Very knowledgable about haircare products as well. Highly recommend! Kelly, Stacey and the rest of the staff were friendly and made for a welcoming atmosphere.

Service was good. I think they may have increased their prices in the last year or so. They are more on par with sports clips prices and service nowadays but without the gaudy gimmicks.

The stylist that I had, Bram, did an absolutely phenomenal job and gave me the exact haircut I was looking for. Absolutely great service. Came in to give them a shot and to try something new, so glad we did. I like the individual stations that are separated by walls. Gives you more of a one on one feeling. I had heard pretty good things about this place, and I wished I had gone in sooner!! I had Maria, and it was honestly one of the best haircuts that I’ve ever gotten in my life! The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming, the haircut comes with a steam towel, shampooing, conditioning, and shoulder massage, and my hair was cut, blended, and styled perfectly! The price was also very affordable! This is where I’ll be going for hair cuts from now on!

From this point forward, I will not go to another place in Stevens Point to get my hair cut, period! (Not even Sport Clips in Plover or Fantastic Sams, or Cost Cutters). Those places are always full, and I just feel like a number there instead of a person. At TBS I have never received a haircut like this, ever. Corina gave me the best experience for going there for the first time, as I wasnt sure what I would expect for a barber shop. She did an amazing job! I think she spent a good 20 - 30 minutes just cutting my hair and trimming up my beard. She cut my hair the way I always imagined it, but I could never get the look I wanted because others just didnt get my style. I highly recommend this place if you want a worth-while hair cut. You get what you pay for and I am more than happy to spend a bit more for the look that I want. Guy approved! Dont waste your time on other places, go to TBS.

I always come here but after my last visit I am stuck with a expensive bottle of shampoo that was recommended to me that they wont let me return or exchange. The shampoo was supposed to help remove product in one use unlike my other shampoo that took 2 washes, but this shampoo completely drys out my hair and scalp. Ive never have had such a damaging shampoo that I will never use again and have played so much for. Thank you for now changing your return policy.

Just got done getting an amazing haircut and facial trim at The Barbershop for Men from Corina! It has to have been one of the very best haircut experiences Ive ever had! Corina was very talkative, which is great. To be able to chat with your barber while they cut your hair is always nice. And ontop of everything, she took the time to be precise about my beard. I would give The Barbershop 5 stars! The price is affordable if you compare ohter barbershop in the Point. Just 15 buckets for haircut include hair wash, hot towel, shoulder massage. The staff is awesome, she gives me some good advices for my hair and always make sure you feel comfortable. The most important thing is she gives you the haircut what you exactly want. Definitely will come back in the future.

Atmosphere was chill, ladies were very kind. Haircut is a little pricey for what I normally get (buzzed head) but the beard trim was an awesome deal and both times Ive gone I was very pleased with the job done. My cousin who is a quadrapalegic was also accommodated and loved his haircut / beard trim as well. Great place.

If you want to support a new business in town this shop has what you are looking for. I went in because at 57 I decided to try growing a beard. Claudia helped me decide on a shape for me. On top of that she trimmed up my haircut so it would blend. This was all for $7.00. Great atmosphere on top of all this.
