Premier exceeded my expectations on an especially frustrating day! I had just hitched the camper and packed the family in our van for a weekend trip. When I closed my van window, it fell out of the track and clunked down to the bottom of the door. I couldnt get it back up. Naturally, it started raining about 10 minutes later!After calling multiple locations, Premier said they were busy but could still look at it that day. When I brought the van in, they pulled it into the garage immediately to get it out of the rain and started working. They offered me a ride back to my house two or three times, but I didnt need one. While I was waiting to be picked up, one of the owners chatted with me for about 10 minutes, just about family and life. She showed genuine interest in me and didnt seem rushed or irritated by my presence.Within three hours of the ordeal, the work was complete. I had a working window. We loaded the family back up and were able to take the trip after all. Premier saved not only my window and my upholstery but also my weekend camping trip just as the summer was ending and my son was going to start school, and I am so grateful.Premier is the kind of place that just makes you feel good knowing it exists; they take care of their customers not only as people who help them get paychecks but also as human beings. I cant recommend it enough, and I plan to return frequently because I learned that they do auto repair in addition to just autobody work.Go to Premier, especially if youre dealing with the stress and anxiety of putting the pieces together after a car accident. They will make you feel like you matter and its going to be okay.

What a fantastic job done on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. It is black forest green, not an easy paint to match. It turned out EXCELLENT!

When I first got my license I went to the same place my dad did. They were honest and flexible. Yep hey had some ups and downs and eventually had to close due to the owners health (cancer). So I needed a new place... I checked google and tried a few places before this one... and honestly, this was the one. Nothing against the other places, but they left me feeling like another invoice/customer. Not here. In fact, my first introduction to them was randomly stopping by with my car for an issue with the tires/suspension. Their mechanic looked at my car, asked whether I planned to do any major highway driving (no) and basically said ‘You could have the work done, but I don’t think you need to’... no charge. To me, that is is honesty... and the type of shop I was looking for... they could have made a buck, but they opted for honesty. I’ve taken my cars there ever since and continue to experience the same level of honesty and TRANSPARENCY every visit. I recommend them to all my friends and co-workers, and you the reader!

When other shops have tried to charge me for things that werent necessary, these guys were honest with what really needed to be done. I highly recommend them! Reasonable prices, attention to detail, and the best customer service that Ive ever received from an auto repair shop. Brian and his team are always attentive to our needs. They continually provide excellent customer service and dont overcharge you for the services that you need. I trust them completely with our repairs and maintenance on our Dodge Grand Caravan. The best part: They call you and explain what is needed before they perform any services.Premier Auto Body always strives to put the customer first! The only downside? Theyre becoming more popular so sometimes its hard to take your vehicle in and get it serviced same day. You may need to make an appointment. But thats to be expected any place you go.Will definitely return.

Excellent Customer Service and stand by their work.Many companies say they stand by their work. Premier Auto Body truly does. Last fall, they replaced the front brakes on my vehicle. Recently, I was hearing a rubbing noise when backing out of my garage each morning. I took the vehicle in for its routine oil change and asked the service technician to check the brakes to see if something was wrong. They did not find anything wrong when attempting to recreate the issue I was hearing. Hence, they asked if I would be interested in leaving the vehicle over night and they check the brakes first thing in the morning after the vehicle had been sitting for a long time. They were able to hear the noise I was experiencing and had an acceptable explanation for it. The point is that Premier Auto Body did not want me to leave their business without an explanation and solution for the issue I was experiencing. The additional surprise, they did not charge me for the extra work they incurred in validating the issue. Again, standing by their work.

The only shop that actually looked at the car damage on a lift, after running over a Christmas tree dropped on the highway by some car ahead of me, every other bodyshop just took pictures & and quoted high prices.Premier Auto Body took the time to look it over & even showed us the damage underneath the car.They did an excellent job repairing the car & got it done when they said they would A+ 5 stars 100% satisfied.

We have been taking our vehicles here for several years. The fees are about average for the industry. Even if we have discount coupons for other shops we will always take our vehicles to Premier. They always seem to go above and beyond what other shops do and they work to educate why it may be a good idea/necessary to get service done on the car. I trust them to repair and keep the vehicle safe for my family.

Their friendly staff were helpful and did not attempt to up-charge me on my out-of-pocket body repair. The shop is clean, welcoming, and pleasant to visit. They are not intimidating or deceitful. Would recommend to a friend!

Came up to Point last year with a vehicle that needed a lot of front end work done. They did an amazing job; they made it look like brand new. They also dropped my off and picked me up from campus. Their prices and customer service can not be beat. Best in town.

I never knew that I would be able to write a review online because back in my days, reviewing a product/service was done in person. But lets give this a shot, many, many years ago I had to get a repair done on my vehicle and was led by the Manager that this was a service that they provided at a great price with great turn time. As a busy individual, I was led to believe that this would be the best option as my job revolved around my vehicle. Unfortunately, I was misled.If you have A LOT of TIME and MONEY then this still may not be the place for you or your family if you want your car fixed the first time around. Its shocking to see that this Auto Body shop has a rating of 4.8 stars but boys and girls if you believe in MAGIC TRICKS then stop on by and see how they perform their tricks and illusions because I sure did get tricked (awesome performance guys).As a Point native and active community member, Ive come to realize that even local shops like this one can create lies in order to work around fixing issues. Well theres much more to discuss but I will refrain myself from fully expressing the issues that I had encountered while working with Premier.Thanks Google for letting me write this review.

My husband and I were going to have our van worked on and something came up that we could not afford to have it fixed. I talked to one of the employees and told him I would call him when I could make arrangements to move my van and he was ok with that (on a Friday) the following Tuesday Erin the female receptionist called and my husband answered while shopping at Walmart and the call was dropped, she called back and we let it go to voicemail she left a rude message. I called her back apologized for the droped call and she called me a liar about the call being dropped and said I had till noon to figure out if the van would stay there or if I was making arrangements to have it towed out. I said I would have to talk to my husband and I would call her back in a few minutes. I called her back and told her that we had someone coming to get it. After I talked to her telling her we said someone coming for it she called the police department and complained about it sitting there so I landed up getting a parking ticket.

Fixed my firebird after a truck backed into it. The staff is friendly, professional and punctual. This is my familys body shop of choice.

Ive never had body work done to a car and not been able to tell it had been done...until I went to Premier. I could NOT tell any work was done and it was a substantial amount of damage from a deer hit. Nice work!
