I thought the morning pledge and all the chanting and whooping about USA was uncomfortable, especially since they want to drag customers into it. Treated to polarizing TV show in waiting room while other guests commented on it. (Sigh) Took like a hour for a oil change! A hour! Price was good, they didnt try to upsell me on my car with only 30K on it though. Service was ok ...about average, atmosphere was weird.

Took my car in for a tire rotation and oil change. Appointment was easy to set up and service center was ready to work on my car when I arrived. I was told the work would take 45 min. Exactly on time my car was ready and washed. I have had service done here many times and have always been more than satisfied.

WE WENT TO LEN DUDAS MOTORS IN STEVENS POINT to pick up a new 2020 traverse, and before we decided which one we wanted Mike Dudas came over to say hi while we were working with his wonderful salesman RJ. I like it when the owner of the business takes time to come and say hi to his customers. Thats always a great thing. As long as I live we will do business with Len Dudas motors

First of all, I was almost 30 minutes late for my appointment & when I called to inform the service department of this, they allowed me to still keep my appointment, instead of having to reschedule to another date, which is amazing! The employees were really friendly & efficient. I had 2 tires replaced & my brakes checked. They finished the job in the amount of time they estimated & the price was a bit lower than I had been quoted originally. I was able to use a $10 off coupon, which is helpful. Anyways, I will continue to use this location for servicing my vehicle, as they are always good.
