I had an appointment scheduled for 3 pm, dropped my truck off the night before. Fleet farm called me at 9:35 am my truck was done and ready for pick up I would recommended to anyone that wants to be treated very well and have excellent work done on their vehicle like I had. Advisors, Technicians, and Manager were all helpful and very nice.

Amazing customer service! They made it personal to get me taken care with the best price after finding issues with my steering shaft and other steering and suspension parts. Also got new tires last fall that are great, I didnt get stuck at all this winter and I have two wheel drive. I was really scared because of being pregnant but now I finally feel safe driving and its such a smooth ride too! Would recommend to anyone!

I spent over 2000 dollars there in the last 2 months and it was money well spent they do very good work there

I have to say that I was very disappointed in my last visit. Customer service was very poor. After dropping off our vehicle for new tires. We had to walk over to the store because of having no where to sit. . When we returned we walked in and the woman who waited on us looked when we walked in. And the same gentleman was at the next register. I guess when we walked in and there was no how can i help you. Or any form of verbal acknowledgement I figured that they remembered us and would let us know if our car was done. We stood there for another 20 plus minutes before the man said what is your name. And than stated oh i wish i would of known that your car has been finished . He said he called . I looked at my phone and there was no call. He called my husbands cell. So we never received a message. Now i work In customer service. And not acknowledging someone when they walk in is very rude. And unprofessional . Then to state after we have been standing there because of the no chair thing. In a small lobby. For over 20 plus minutes That our car had been done long ago. That alone can leave a very bad taste in ones mouth. And yes I was very angry. So I paid and left without saying much. Because if i did it would not have been nice. On our receipt it said that our tie rod was bad. But they could of went over what they had found but did not. None of the curtacies where checked. As if none of it was done. And then there was an extra charge of $7 something was added they could not tell me what it was when i asked. So no I was not please at all . After this last visit. So unless we are broke and need tires and that is the best deal that we can find we will not be back.

They didnt have the tools to do a oilchange on Toyota pick up .

We needed a new starter and it died in the parking lot. I looked up the specific year and model for my car and found it was readily available locally for 40 to 60 dollars. But it ended up being 340 total, 240 for the starter. I should double check before posting this bit thats a pain. Im certain it was available much cheaper than 240. If we had the power to bring our own starter to install, they did not convey it well. We got it home and it didnt start again. Im no mechanic but learned more than I wanted to and want to know why I had electrical serviced without cleaning the terminals. How was that unnoticed with the battery test? It was the same corrosion! I didnt look thinking it cant be that, we got charged to make sure. Well, not sure if the starter was even needed now, it was doing the same thing we brought it in for and all it took was a good brushing and it seems petroleum jelly will help stop it. Thanks. That was rent and food and gas for the little work there is right now.

I wouldnt go here for anything but an oil change.

Disappointing! 10 am appointment for 4 tires...left at 2:30 pm with only 2 installed. Was originally told it would take an hour or so.
