It’s hard to find good people in the world but Jeff is a good landlord and person. He has gone above and beyond for us on multiple occasions. He is responsive to any concerns and communicates well. He cares about his tenants, is understanding to different situations, and helps out when he can.

Anchor Apartments were always so accommodating and professional with me. They quickly got me into an apartment when no one else could and made my last year of school such a pleasant and easy-going experience. This was due to not having to worry about a place to stay or even any problems with my place including snow removal, parking space, failing appliances etc. I tried to leave the place better than how I found it to show my appreciation, my only regret is that I did not find/rent from Jeff and Anchor Apartments prior to my last year of school.

I’ve lived at 2 different Anchor Properties and I have loved both venues. Jeff has been easy to communicate with and has always solved any issues we may have had. With locations very close to UWSP, I can easily say that renting from Jeff is the best “bang for your buck”. 5/5 would recommend!

I rented from Anchor Apartments for two years now and Jeff is amazing! I lived at two places; the townhouses on Vincent Court and the townhouses on Franklin Street. They both are amazing complexes! Jeff was able to move us in early as well!

My daughter lived in the Franklin street apartments with 3 other girls last year. It was a happy day when she moved out. The property manager did not tend to issues in a timely manner. The girls went weeks without a working stove and don’t reply to this review saying otherwise. We have the proof!Then they had a pipe leak from the upstairs bathroom into the lower level. That issue should have been fixed right away. Instead it took weeks and his tools were left in their apartment for a portion of the time. Again I have the photos as proof.Also make sure you keep copies of your cashed rent checks as proof of payment!

I had a great experience renting from Jeff for 1.5 years. He was great to work with when it came to accommodating my situation and he is a reasonable landlord. Appliances were cared for and replaced as needed during my rental period.

We lived in the Sixth Ave. apartments in Stevens Point for 2 years, and we loved our time there! The unit was tucked away but still close to campus, and there were tons of trees, deer, and wildlife. We had a family of baby bunnies near our unit every spring! The apartment itself was great. Perfect size and affordable price. The landlord was always friendly and really cared about his tenants. I highly recommend Anchor Apartments.

Jeff is very honest landlord. If you treat him and his properties with respect, he will return the kindness. He allowed myself and my roommate tosto a little bit longer than the lease specified to bridge the gap between the next apartments we moved to.

Quality and spacious place for a reasonable price. They responded quickly to emails and worked with their residents on anything they needed. Anchor Apartments was very fair and we never felt slighted. They always took care of any issues in a timely manner. Would recommend to anyone.

My roommates and I had a positive experience with Anchor Apartments. Jeff is very understanding and flexible in terms of rent payment and room accommodations. If youre looking for a place close by campus this is definitely the place to be at. Laundry rooms here are priced cheaper than places that Ive been at before and theyre in good condition too. Jeff is really quick to respond to your messages and tries to fix things within a reasonable amount of time. I highly recommend this place! Friendly service and very accommodating. 😃

I chose to rent through Anchor Apartments because of their close proximity to campus, reasonable price, and flexibility. Assigned parking, responsive management, locked entries, and on-site laundry were reason enough for me to re-sign my lease with them. Any issues I had resulted in a quick response and solution from Jeff. I am so happy I found this place for my time in Stevens Point.

The rent is really good compared to any other apartments in town, plus the rooms are great. Fantastic location, just a few blocks from campus and a lot of nice food places/gas stations/stores. Whatever you need.

I would definitely recommend Anchor Apartments. Excellent management and housing options. They were very accommodating of my circumstances and I enjoyed renting from them.
