Calls were never returned from messages left.Statement for services was received two months after the service call. His charges were very high for compared to the other plumbing company that I have also done business with recently. He charged an hourly rate of $75 in addition to a service call of $130. The other company charged an hourly rate only, of $85. The job was done well, but the responsiveness, value, and professionalism is lacking.
