Always a great visit we stopped at this one on our way back home from a trip. It was setup EXACTLY like the one we go to regularly. That makes it so nice to go to the exact place and get what you need.

I just bought carpet and paint at Menards. I come there every time I visit the Midwest. What a great store. I would do everything I could to bring them into Colorado.

Was in and out. The employees are right there to help. We bought a mini blind for an odd sized window and they cut it right to size for us in quick time. It fits beautifully.

Good sales and good product. They definitely need to step up the customer service. I know the store is good for the community, but they could use to give back. They use to have a contractor lunch every year. That was a welcome site to all the hard working men and women in the the community. It was fun for the employees as well. You get to meet your main customers and hear what their concerns are. Menards can afford it.

Today at garden center it took both cashiers to help one customer. Which is not bad if maybe 30 sec. But a couple of minutes with lines starting to back up. One cashier should of done her job and let other cashier due theirs.

Don’t Ever Go Here!!!!!!I went in without a mask because I have some medical issues and and a lady comes up to me and tells me that I have to wear a mask! I told her that I can’t and well she ended up saying that even if a mask kills me I still have to wear one in the store!!!!!!

As usual they had what I needed. I do think the members could use a bit more training. There are some who should be more knowledgeable about products in their departments. But I will give an E for effort.

Absolutely poor service. Drove over an hour to purchase some special order and returned boards from another customer. The young manager on duty in that department would not reduce the price for these used and returned boards. He charged me full price. This was potentially a $1,000.00 order, but of course I walked out without purchasing the boards. Menards needs to train their managers about customer service and how to keep customers. After today, they lost a very loyal 25 year customer. I will never step foot in a Menards again!!! Lowes and home depot, here I come!

Just getting used to this store staff very helpful if you need help with finding something... but you need to ask them I ran around looking for a product and several employees looked at me but kept on trucking. I had to get 70 bags of mulch and when I went to the checkout in the garden center and ( Becky) waited on me and told me rudely that she needed a pick ticket me not knowing what she was talking about because I have never purchased anything out in the yard she kept rudely telling me that I needed one and I walked away and went to the yard to get the gentleman that helped me out with the mulch to ask him where the pick ticked was and he politely told me where to go. Then I went back to (Becky) the cashier and handed her the ticket. Very disrespectful!! I work in retail and would never disrespect anyone like that. Then we went back to my vehicle and called the store to tell them I had an online order that I was picking up and where did I need to go, so they told me to go to the yard gate and let them know then he told me he would run it out to me, so I went to the door “13” to pick my order up and waited and waited.... nobody so I got out of the vehicle and walked up to the counter and which 5 guys were standing there doing nothing but talking. I said I’m here to pick up and online order and gave them my name and they looked at me like ok! So after a minute guy walks over to shelf and doesn’t see it. I look around and see my coco liners sitting on the floor so I grabbed them and walked out! Terrible customer service. By the time I left I was so upset. I would have just cancelled the order but I was doing the mulch for my parents that live in Rock Falls.

Tried to buy replacement AC2 deck boards and joist boards for 10 year old deck which has already rotted out. I spent 2 hrs. Sorting and loading boards with the help of 2 Menard employees. When we got to the 16 deck boards there was only 1 usable board. A manager came out and said that they would not substitute the 18 boards for the 16. So I just had them unload the whole $1200 load and I got my money back.

This place is so authentic its amazing food.

I bought some boards and was due to pick them up 2 days later, they told me they would set the items to the side until I came with a truck to get them. I paid and got a gate ticket for my items. THEY SOLD THEM TO SOMEONE ELSE INSTEAD. Horrible business, wouldnt even help when they gave me the wrong replacement. Now Im screwed into keeping what I was given since I already paid. This is so wrong.

Watched someone whos name tag that said brett I believe talk negatively down to a employee in front of me and my wife. Very poor taste and his attitude made me decide to not purchase anything from this specific store. I will just get it from another roofing store.

Employees are generally very knowledgeable and helpfulThey can generally can lead you right to the item you are looking for. Occasionally a new employee isnt completely aware of where everything is. Sometimes it can be difficult finding an associate in a department but usually one in another Dept. can assist you or call for an associate in the dept you need help in. As far as loading materials if you cant find someone to help all you have to do is call the front desk and tell them where you are in the yard and you need helpThey will tadio someone to come help! Overall beats the hell out of Lowes and Home Depot on what they stock! Go to Georgia, home of Home Depot and a Lowes stronghold and expect to be disappointed because they dont have what you need that you can get at Menards any day!

Careful with what you buy. I place an order for windows paid cash and 2 times they order the wrong windows, and after dealing wasting time for hrs. finally I said nope give me my money back, going somewhere else. They didnt like that he the manager said I had 2 options re order for 3rd, time and wait another 2 plus months now Ive been already waiting since may for this windows, or they would give me a in store credit I said no I paid cash and thats what I need back they said no so I said ok see you in court. they just lost a customer of 25 years who had spend 100s of dollars, I had purchase all the materials here for my last 3 business that I remodel.

Has about everything you would need at great prices

I had visited the flooring section of this establishment with my family when we ran into an employee named Joe. Joe asked us if we needed any assistance in finding anything and we stated that we were just looking for a carpet that would match our newly painted walls. Joe asked if he could see a picture of the walls to get a better feel for the carpet we were looking for. My mother proceeded to show him a picture of the newly painted walls on her IPhone. This is when Joe immediately takes the phone and makes a mad dash for the door. With us and this other employee named Owen chasing after him he jumps into his car and starts to leave the parking lot. He then begins going 100+ mph down Route 2 while police cars and police helicopters chase after him. They eventually caught up to him, and just before he gets pushed in to the backseat of one of the cop cars he hands my mother her phone back and wishes her a good day. Overall a great, standup guy.

Multiple order experiences. NEVER arrives as scheduled. Last one was 3 weeks after expected delivery. Had to pay and reschedule contractors. Menards offered no help in contacting supplier to explain the delay in shipping. Offered no shipping cost discount or credit for paying for delay to contractors. Last order got lost then found later. Order before that arrived damaged and was given a 10% discount or option to reorder and repay for shipping cost. Be sure to check order BEFORE leaving store. Parts may be missing or damaged.

Walked in to a bad greeting. No service. Bought nothing and walked out. We like going to menards generally. However the greeting we got entering set a bad tone. We needed help finding a couple items, walked the whole store and nobody was available to help. Very disappointed!!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. My sister and I could not get in the store because we are “not of age” to enter. I don’t recall it being a bar? Lady rudely stopped us before we could even get in the store and we now have to wait outside for my parents as if that’s any better then being in the store. I don’t see grocery stores having this ridiculous age restriction. Horrible way of handling the covid situation menardes.

Got rooff supplies & set up delivery. However, they lost a sale on refrig/free-er, buikt--min oven & large microwave as no one could be bothered to help or talk to me! Had em all picked out too .

The service in the lumber yard was very helpful. The man out there told me he was with someone else and would be with me as soon as he was free. Another employ came over and ended up helping a few seconds later. He helped load with a smile. I believe his name was Wayne. He deserves a raise.

The store has a large selection of products, prices are very good.board selections are nice. various thicknesses of different species is great for the woodworker. Lots of fastening selections, household items and tools are great as well.
