I had an appointment with Alicia Fisher today and she is the most patient customer service rep I have ever seen. Her clients before me (my parents) were loud and argued over all the small details that were way outside of of her authority to change but she was Calm and professional the entire time trying her hardest to make them happy. Afterwards we filed my taxes and it was quick and simple to understand. I couldnt recommend her more

Alicia Fisher did an awesome job! I arrived close to closing time and Alicia happily took care of me. She didn’t rush thru anything, she was very patient and explained everything in detail. I’m very content with the services I received and would definitely recommend Jackson Hewitt to anyone who needs tax assistance.

Andrew did a great job with my taxes. He was honest and upfront with me, didnt drag anything out, and was courteous the entire time.

Andrew Lonzen was absolutely horrible, had it not been for Alicia being able to take over my taxes, I wouldnt of filed with Jh with year due to his lack of professionalism.

Excellent help from Sarah today 3/o7/2o. Answered every question and finished 2 state tax returns and the Federal in less than a half hour. Very personable as well.

This is my first time going with Jackson Hewitt, and now my refund is on a 60 day hold!! I have never had this done before. I have been filing my taxes for 10years and I try something new and now I have to wait longer. I called Jackson Hewitt and they said everything looks fine on their end

I had an appointment scheduled and all the walk ins that came in went before me. The guy working didnt even apologize or say Ill be right with you or anything. Definitely wont be doing taxes there ever. First time doing taxes and already had a bad experience.

It was convenient and the tax preparer was knowledgeable. He answered all my questions. I felt like he was there to help me . I feel like he did his best to get me the most money back. I am very pleased with my experience. Thanks JH.
