I had never used this place. My usual go to was at least an hour wait. So I decided to try Nail Spa. I like to look up nail designs before I get mine done so I can give them an idea what I want. My usual place does a so so job on the designs or tries to talk me into something with less detail. When the do go with my design they rush and it looks sloppy. Nail Spa looked at the picture I had and did a fabulous job. No hesitation at all but also took his time and did not rush. I will definitely return and recommend them.

I went here for the first time and I’ll definitely be back! Luu did such a great job. I showed him a pic and it looks just like the picture I showed him. Best in this area!

Got in within 20 mins of calling. Friendly staff. Chris did a good job. Says hes been here 4 years, so that says something good about the place. Very clean, quiet, relaxing, open, pretty ambiance. Elegant chandeliers and curtains. Lots of plants. Nice spa chairs.. Good hygenic practices. For $35, great deal.

Just got my pedicure from here waited 45 mins to get my Nails done sitting in the water waiting with 4 other girls got a basic pedi which says 30$ 5 more for french an got charged 50$ the lady didnt even paint my nails right left a huge white stain on my nail an it is all lumpy peeling every time I get my nails done there I get cut and they still charge me full price

Beautiful salon, friendly and professional staff. We were walk ins and they got us in almost immediately. We had said goodbye to my mothers sister the day before and the trip was to get our mind off of everything,but It did exactly that. Thank you to the gentleman that had us laughing the entire time, without knowing the circumstances for our trip.I have a broken ankle and my technician was fantastic. She was very gentle and did not once irritate my injury. I will definitely make the hour drive to see her again.

I have been to several of the nail salons in town and this is by far my favorite!! The gentlemen that does my nails is funny, patient and always does an amazing job. I always get great compliments on my nails. I highly recommend this place!!!!

I just started getting my nails done on a consistent basis. This was the third time I went there and even though the two others did pretty good on my nails, this time Li did them and I would go as far to say that my nails look perfect! They are everything I’ve been wanting. I am a customer of hers for life! Also, everyone there is really nice and it’s a great atmosphere. I’m so glad I found this place!!! Thank you, Li!! I Love NAILS Spa in Sterling! They were professional & patient. They had several colors to choose from for my gel manicure 💅. The individual that did my nails did a nice job. I am kinda particular, so they didnt do quit as nice a job as I think they should have in order to earn 5stars, but good enough for 4! Almost Perfect); I wish they would have taken the time to do one more layer of color (the color is kind of see through in areas and not quit all the way to the edge of my nail on some) They Were kinda busy on a weekday evening, so I fear they may have been rushing a bit. But I Did Like NAILS Spa & Will Return.

They are extremely welcoming and accommodating. I went there a few weeks ago to get patriotic nails for a veteran visitation. They treated my family so well that I returned today to get my nails filled and repainted. They did a phenomenal job and remembered me and my family. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Great place! They were willing to make my nail design happen even if they had not done it before. Just had to have the picture. Turned out awesome!! So happy

I usually have great experience here however last time I got my nails done, later that day the top layer of the gel nails were peeling off. The guy who did my set didnt even ask what length I wanted, he just cut them which was sorter than normal. He filed the side of my nails AFTER painting so the side of my nails are bare..its been 3 days now and two other nails top layer have lifted off. I was not thrilled this time around at all.. changing what I said above, went to fix my nails and the paint was peeling in one day..I got my nails done one week ago and my nail already broke which I am a stay at home mom so I dont do alot that would cause the nail to break so easily..and the owner said next time you mess up your nails, youll have to pay I did not mess up my nails, they did.

Cody did a nice job. He even carried on a short conversation while doing my nails which was nice because that doesn’t always happen with others.

It was such a quick and easy process. No wait time. They were able to give me the shape and length that I wanted without trying to talk me into something else. I enjoyed it so much 💕

I took my 4 year old for a pedicure..the nail tech just gave my child a massage basically, did not clean under his toe nails or anything. I was very specific with what I wanted.it took two people to do my pedicure and overlay.I was charged an arm and a leg and still wanted to cry about the poor service. The service was good initially when I started going there but I will never go back after spending hundreds of dollars with them.I do not recommend.

Our gentleman was very polite, courteous said did a fantastic job on my daughters nails. We will definitely be back!!!!

They are fast friendly and do a great job. If you have an appt theres never a wait longer than a few minutes. Pedicures are great too.

Came in today with a broken nail and hoping for a fill. My nail was fixed to perfection and they look amazing as always. I refuse to get my nails done anywhere else.

When I sat down he said he doesn’t like pictures they were just French tip acrylics with cherries. I asked for long I got short and they’re supposed to be oval shape but they’re uneven each nail is a different size. The cherries were painted on badly. I really wanted to like this nail salon and show my support but this is my 2nd bad experience now. My pedicure came out fine I just wish I could get my money back for the full set. All together I paid $90 they gave me $10 off for my first bad experience. I don’t recommend coming here.

You can’t get better quality and lasting nails anywhere but here ! They are very clean and can usually fit you in as a walk in ! My nails are the talk of my friends and family when they see them and they have thousands of colors and designs ! Go see for yourself and I’ll see you there ! Thanks guys !

I got my nails dipped and within 2 days 3 of my nails broke. I have never had this issue at other salons and they charge a lot more than other places. I will not go here ever again!

Everyone is nice to my daughter and they forget to do medi on my daughter so I had to tell them again but they really nice to us and did great with our nail and respect my daughter request where she want put the color at.

The guy who did my nails shaped them after applying the acrylic. they weren’t even close to the shape i asked for. and while he was cutting my nails he cut my finger, it started gushing blood and he just put nail glue onto my wound. and then i was charged $60

Not only did they do amazing on my nails, but they also take the time to talk to you, joke around and have a good time.HIGHLY recommend!! From now on this is the only place I will go to get my nails done!!

They did awesome job on my nails and took there time when they did my pedi cure I received the deluxe. All new and clean files used I am very pleased and will use them as my nail salon

My aunt took me to get my nails done on Thursday and after I ended up with an infection on my big toe. I had to go to the doctor for it because it was so painful. It turned green and green pus started to come from it. It was so swollen it almost doubled in size. And the icing on this cake was the fact that they refused to give me aunt a refund for her money. Horrible experience never go there again.

I had a very relaxing mani pedi and service and store was great. They followed all Covid protocols and were friendly and responsive. I recommend to anyone 😀

I wont be back I got a pedi and mani done and was charged $100 make sure you go to k nails they have the prices on the wall pay ahead of time so you know you arnt getting ripped off.

Very rude, on the phone the whole time, Everytime. This is our third n last time. Several knicks from power tools on my daughter and me. Do not sanitize ANYTHING in between customers. Goes way too fast. They will literally get up and go to another customer that just walked in and leave you sitting for 20 minutes before coming back to finish. Get very upset bc you cant understand them or you dont know if they are talking to you or the person on the phone.

They used the nail buffer that was used on another customer without sterilizing it. And to make it worse not even making it into the parking lot and it’s all ruined. Don’t ever come here.

Me and my bestfriend went there. Very bad decision. I had a gift card and it wasn’t even the right place which was on my behalf. But.. I asked for coffin. Looks like squares. Asked for thin acrylic. Ended up being so thick. I would never wanna bring bad review but I wish I would’ve known what I was getting into. $35 wasted...🤕😔🥺😭
