These people were very respectful very helpful its a small place but they seem to be very efficient I loved bringing my business to them they just made me feel the same as if I was up big company or business I thought they were just great

I am so disappointed with the service I recently received from ups. I paid for ups next day air and had my package delayed twice. So rather than next day it will have taken 4 days. When I called to see if I could pick my package up they said that it had been incorrectly sorted, so it wont arrive until the following day. Well, the following day will be too late, hence why I paid for express shipping. No one I spoke to was helpful.

Lost one of my wifi modems ordered a new one. Said it would be here Wednesday the 8th called them today said it will be here tomorrow.... Hopefully I get to write a better review so far first time going through them and its been awful.

Very efficient UPS driver when dropping off my expected parcel at my home. UPS was right on time according to tracking.
