New front doors were purchased and installed in August of 2018. They have never worked properly from the beginning. Sometimes they will lock. Sometimes they wont. They get stuck in the unlocked position even though you locked them for the night. Sometimes the locking pins come out on their own as you exit and keep the door from closing behind you. The repairman has come several times to fix them, but is really at a loss what to do. Calls and even registered mail to please do something have been have gone unanswered or ignored. Here we are two and a half years later, still trying to get the doors fixed.

Called them yesterday (12/6/16), said they would come by around 4:30-5 to do an estimate and never showed or even called. My husband called and left them a voicemail. They finally call @ 10 the next morning saying they ran into problems with the job they were doing. Ok I understand that, but you could have called last night and explained and I gladly would have given you another opportunity.
