Jeff and everyone at H&R Tires did an amazing job on my truck. I own a 2017 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LT Z71 4x4 crew cab. I had them install a leveling kit on my truck, Fuel “Assault” wheels and BF Goodrich All Terrain TKO-2 tires. Jeff helped me find the proper off set so the tires wouldn’t rub when the wheels are turned. The alignment done after putting the leveling kit on was spot on as well. The customer service given to me was excellent and their prices were very competitive. Even with chain stores in the bigger cities. Needless to say, we will be going back anytime we need tires for any of our vehicles.

I was out of town for work for the day and sterling was the destination. A good couple hours from our shop and the brake pads and passenger side rotar needed replaced asap. I called them around 8 am made the appointment for noon. Took the truck in at 830 ish so they could verify they could get the parts. They called and had the truck ready by 12:30! They really were a live saver and made it where I could finish the job we were on and get the brake issue taken care of so we could travel home safely. Highly recommend this shop if your ever in sterling or looking for a shop in sterling! My guess is the locals already know this, but I felt the need to express my gratitude and appreciation for the great service. Thanks again guys!!

We had some issues on the way home. Blew a few tires, It was 5:17 when we limped in 5:40 we were driving away 6 tires!!!. It was like a pit crew.. some guys GOOD guys. keep it up..

I was a mere 1 hour into a cross-country trip from CO to NJ when the steering wheel started shaking at high speeds with a strong pull to the right. I called H-Rs Sterling location from which I was an hour away and would get there in less than an hour before closing. H-R nonetheless agreed to look at the vehicle and make sure it was safe for me to continue my trip. They did a thorough inspection of all possible issues, balanced the tires, took care of the air pressure and swapped the 2 front tires. They charged me only $30 and the rest of my 1,700 miles was smooth saling with no issues. H-R are great people, clearly experts and trustworthy, and most imporatntly, they care about their customers even when they know I would not be a repeat customer since Im from NJ. If you need anything tire related and are in that area - do not think of going anywhere else! Thank you again H-R!!!!

We were traveling through and had tire trouble. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it really fast! Very kind and courteous!! In no time we were back traveling on our trip!!

Driving back to Estes park from Illinois, picked up a nail, called them and they got us right in for a repair, back on the road within 30 minutes!

We come to H-R for all of our vehicle needs. Fuel and tires for our semi, car and pickups, not to mention the best alignment guy in the area! Jeff S. is SO meticulous and pays attention to the smallest detail. His last alignment on our semi got us 170k miles on our drive tires! We appreciate the techs helping with unloading a flat from the trunk, or talking to nicely to our daughter when we are there, and how respectful they are. Its obvious the owners take a lot of pride in their business, and you wont find a cleaner waiting area and bathroom at any other tire shop. We wouldnt go any where else!

Don’t go here unless you want to be left stranded. I was passing through town and had a leak from my 3 piece rim. Manager told me to get a tow to Denver because he’s not “familiar” with the problem. He also refused to make a recommendation in town. Why would I tow my car 140 miles to deal with the same issue?

We got a flat tire on the way from Chicago to Colorado Springs and found this place near by, they changed our tire in about 30 min so that we could continue on our trip. Very friendly and good customer service.

Fixed our punctured tire on a road trip very quickly so we could get back on the road with our young child. Very helpful people, and seemed like they stay busy. Was extremely grateful for their speedy service.

These guys were great! Took my car in for brake work and they couldnt find anything wrong so they didnt charge me at all. Anywhere else would have taken my money for just looking at the car, not these guys though. H&R will be where I take my cars for now on.

The guys at H-R really helped me out when I was stranded while driving across the country. I had to get 4 tires early on a Saturday morning and they were able to get the special tires I wanted and get me in by 8am and out by 9. Fantastic customer service and the price was better than I expected as well. Overall, I highly recommend them!

Not only did they change the tire right away, but an older gentleman noticed another tire that would have blown out on the trailer, most likely in the middle of nowhere. BEWARE, Make sure you get directions. Google took us to the wrong address...
