In 1990 my family moved back to the area from out of state and after shopping around, decided Roy Dern and State Farm had earned our business. 30 years later my parents feel the same as they did day 1. Great customer service, willingness to go above and beyond what you’d expect from your average automobile insurance provider, and in a time before apps and smart phones, they were very responsive when needing assistance after disagreements with a few deer.

Leah is exceptional!! Highly recommend! She is very professional and has such a positive attitude! I will stay with State Farm as long as she is there to take care of my questions and do quotes on all my needs. 5 star service!

I like having this particular branch as my home and auto insurance provider because I can call anytime during business hours and get someone to answer my questions or provide assistance immediately. Also, when I was getting home insurance, their prices were easily the best and saved me almost $100 a month compared to the four or five other places I called.
