Had to come back and update my review. With in 5 months my tint turned blue and started fading. It peeled up in two corners, after a couple weeks I noticed bubbles. The gap from the top of the glass to the tint was 7/16 inch. Horrible tint quality horrible work quality. She was really nice to me but the product and work quality just wasn’t there. Before I realized how bad it was I suggested her for my neighbor. She had every window done in her new car and they all had multiple imperfections. Bubbles, daylight, peeling, and crooked film cutting.

DO NOT choose Mr. (Ms.) Tint to do your windows. I shouldve trusted the most recent reviews for this company. I was given the option of 2 time slots on a Sunday, I chose 2pm. I was out running errands when Melissa called me to say she was running late and asked if it would be more convenient for her to pick up my car and take it back to her house. I agreed and she finally showed up an hour or so late. She mentioned she had to finish up another job and would tint my windows on Monday-I told her to take her time because I wanted it done right. I checked with her Tuesday (2 days later) and she still wasnt done with my car. She assured me it would be done Wednesday, told her I would be there at 10am to pick up my car. I arrived at 10am, she was working under a carport with a tarp hanging on one side to supposedly block the wind. Melissa was still working on the passenger side front window, still had to tint the hatch window as well as the sunroof. She knocked them out in record time-left bubbles, explained that as it got warmer and the windows cured, the bubbles would disappear. I texted her Thursday night letting her know nothing had changed and bubbles/creases were still on the windows. She said she would come to my work on Friday shortly after lunch, squeegee the bubbles out and that the windows would look great. She showed up at 4:50, ten minutes before I had to leave work to go home, and 5 minutes later she came in the office, said the car looked great and left. I texted her and told her that I still wasnt happy. She offered to come to my work, strip and re-tint the windows, and within a few minutes she mentioned that she felt nothing she did was going to please me so she would just strip them, refund my money and I could go somewhere else. She did give me a discount on the windows since she took so long so I guess I got what I paid for. It was my fault for accepting the vehicle as it was, both times but I trusted that she would make it right. When all was said and done, I told her since she did such an amateur job, keep the money and that I would pay somebody else to strip them and tint. FYI-the great reviews were posted when her ex-husband was still a part of the business and they were working out of an enclosed shop. If she attempts to dispute this, I have the full text conversation as well as photos and would be happy to share it with whoever might be tempted to use her for window tint.

Called them to get my new truck tinted. They are now doing it out of their front yard under the trees not in a shop. I voiced concern about dust was assured it was no issue. The tint had bubbles on both windows one was really bad. I took it back to get it fixed only to have it be worse off. The lady doing it couldnt get the tint to go on right. Told me to let it sit in the heat for a bit and she would come by my house and check it later. She never came and never contacted me back. I ended up going somewhere else to get it fixed right. Upon taking it there found out they put a tint that was not legal for front windows despite my request not to have it darker than the back windows. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!

I have been trying to schedule appointment with this company since Monday finally get in touch with them and was supposed to receive a call back which I never received and I left a message this morning and still no response not very professional at all

This place dont rate anything in my scale Ive called and called and called no one has ever returned my phone call or answer the phone evidently either places out of business or they dont want your business

I made an appointment to get two windows tinted on my truck. I was a few minutes late so I called when I arrived. When I called I was hung up on by a gentleman. Never should you ever hang up on a potential customer. I told them I would be back around noon to try and. Never got a response. Lost my business for good.

Absolutely love the Job that Robert and Melissa did on my 06 Honda Accord. They had great Customer service. They are great at what they do. Tried calling on several occasions on several different days at different times, no one answer. When I did a answer it was the wrong number. Went to the address and nothing was there. Only storage units.

Closed. I drove to the location clearly after theyre open cannot find the property anywhere. I even tried calling the phone number and it was out of order.

Just had my windows done on my Dodge Charger and it looks great!!! Just what I wanted not to mention how awesome the owners are!! Very easy going people great attitudes you can definitely tell they love what they do!:) Thanks again its looks great!!!

I was just passing through for a meeting and was wanting to get my windows tinted. Called and they got me right in and out in less than thirty minutes. Excellent work at a very good price.

I regret not taking my wifes car to Mr. Tint. I took it to a different tint place here in Stephenville. First, he tinted the rear door windows darker than the others for some reason. It makes the whole car look cheap. Second, I filled her car up with gas before dropping it off. We always get 380 miles out of a tank of gas. Well, this time we only got 258 miles. I wish I would have looked at the fuel gauge when I drove away.Next time Ill take my cars to Mr. Tint!!
