I was helping my son and daughter in law find a new place. Joe helped us find the perfect place. The day after he met my Filipino daughter in law, the place became unavailable. It stayed on the market another month. Disgusting experience.

They were the listing agent on a property. We made an offer, but their shear incompetence caused us to walk away. Worst real estate agency I have ever encountered. Stay away from any property they list.

It is nice that the smiling person still wants to know if you have any questions or concerns after closing. I got a hold of him quickly and after he heard I was going to be driving 3 hrs to come look at this property, he said hed drive out right away and do a video call for me a head of time, so that I could get a better feel for what I would be looking at and it might save me a trip.
