JTs did us an amazing job! The specialty meats we had made have been excellent. We loved the smoked sausage. They also package the deer in the best way we have seen out of SO MANY buchers over the last 3 years. The customer service was great, and our deer was processed quickly, and cleanly. We will definitely be using them again!
