We only had our spa for a little over a year (bought brand new) and it stopped working... the spa wasn’t heating and nothing stayed on for more than 10-25 seconds. Spend 6 months trying to get ahold of the company and they finally reached out saying we had to find someone! And we are so lucky we called pool pros! They came out the day we called spend awhile looking and running tests and found out the problem!! They were professional the whole time answered all questions I had and as soon as the part came in they came over and installed it!!! Now she works like she did when we first got her!!!! And they even showed us how to properly take care of our spa! 10/10 would use them again!

As you can see from the photo, Chris literally saved my pool and it was just in time for summer! Since that photo he has been by my house regularly to keep it looking great! He is very friendly and his prices are super affordable. Give him a call!

I scheduled an appointment with them for this past Monday. I tried several times to call and text them to confirm. They never answered their phone or responded to my texts. I had someone waiting all day for them to show up. I tried to call again on Tuesday. Still no answer. Very disappointing and poor business practices.
