Great experience! I’ve only had them an hour but to walk through a store and hear the conversations was amazing. The doctor was wonderful and fully explained things and did several checks that all settings were correct. I wish I had done this years ago!!

My Mom was visiting from Houston when her hearing aid broke. Dr La Rue could have just glued it to make it work temporarily. Instead he offered to make her a new temporary ear mold. Took maybe 15 minutes total time. Very impressed with his courtesy and incentive to get her fixed up until she gets back home and gets a more permanent fix.

Dr LaRue is very knowledgeable and treats his patients very good. Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else

I am very pleased with my hearing aids that I got from this establishment. My school friend had used them and he was pleased with them, so I made an appt to see Dr. Blake LaRue.I bought the kind of hearing aids that are re-chargeable. Dr. LaRue had me to come in to see how my hearing aids were working over a few weeks, to make sure I am comfortable using them. I can now hear the TV at a comfortable level that others are not blasted out of the room. Also I have an app on my phone that I can control my sound like in a restaurent that blocks out the noise in the restaurent so you can hear everyone talking at your table.I highley recommend Livingston Hearing Aids to anyone that needs hearing assistance.Mary Ann Million

Excellent service, from my first experience here 5 years ago until now. Dr. LaRue is an expert in his field and I wont go anywhere else for my hearing.

I was very upset at the thought of needing hearing aids, but wanted to be tested to make sure. Turns out I did need them. Dr. LaRue made a suggestion on the type and once I had them fit, I was amazed at what I had been missing!! It has been a wonderful experience working with the two in the office and they made it so very easy!!! I absolutely love the aids I have and can not thank them enough for helping me to hear my daughter speak again as I’d been having trouble with the tone of her voice for a while now. Shelly and Blake are incredibly professional and knowledgeable and you will not find a better choice for hearing anywhere!!

I got my hearing aids from Dr. Blake LaRue at Livingston Hearing Aids Center in Stephenville, Tx, in 2016. It has made a great improvement in my hearing, and Dr. LaRue and his excellent receptionist, Shelly, have always been extremely courteous, knowledgable and accomodating. (Dr. LaRue even came in on a Sunday afternoon to help me when I broke a part on one of my hearing aids). I strongly recommend Dr. Blake LaRue for your hearing aid needs, and I give him and his staff a five-star rating.

Dr. Blake LaRue is friendly, kind and knowledgeable. My Aunt got her hearing aids in 2016 and has been in 7 times for followup. Her hearing improved 70% with the hearing aids she received. I highly recommend Dr. LaRue.

Dr. LaRue outfitted me for my original hearing aids. After several years my hearing declined and he recommended new ones. What an improvement. Once again I can talk on my cell phone via Bluetooth. Additionally, the new hearing aids have a feature that allows me to push a button on my phone and I can hear others at my table in a busy restaurant or at Church in a crowd. Although I had been aware that I had difficulty hearing voices when there was a lot of background noise, I was not aware of the severity of my problem until my granddaughter came to visit our home and turned on the television. She literally screamed when she heard how much volume was coming from the set. The outcome of her visit led me to get an appointment with Livingston Hearing Aids in Stephenville, Texas. Having worn a set of hearing aids over 20 years ago, I knew that testing would be done before any suggestions would be made. When I first met Dr. Blake LaRue, I immediately had a positive feeling about the outcome of my visit. The fact that he was wearing hearing aids let me know that he was aware of hearing difficulties on a personal level. Then his first question to me let me know that my evaluation was right. He asked me if in a conversation, I found myself smiling and nodding quite a bit. He did several tests on my hearing and then suggested the hearing aids he felt would solve my problem. That has been almost 3 years ago, and my satisfaction and appreciation of Dr. LaRue and his office staff have grown with each passing visit. My hearing has greatly improved under his care and I would certainly recommend him to any one looking for a doctor. Finally, let me say that after watching many other people with hearing difficulty and with hearing aids and seeing the difficulties there are having with their equipment, I know that I made the right choice even though Dr. LaRue’s office is 35 miles from my home.Richard Lows, Vandyke, TX

For the past ten years, except for a one year hiatus to try what the Fort Worth Costco had to offer, Ive been very happy with both Dr. LaRues thorough, in-depth, hearing care and the fine products Livingston represents -- none of which I experienced at Costco. Dr. LaRue is a REAL doctor, whereas, Costco employees appear to have received about a week of instruction on which knobs to turn and how much. One would be almost as well off to just order aids from some internet site.UPDATE: (5/12/2018) It must have been over a year ago that I posted the above review. Since that time my hearing aids performance had deteriorated significantly and I had been finding it very hard to follow conversations. They just havent seemed to be helping, at all, so, I made an appointment to see Dr. LaRue. When he walked into the operatory where I was seated, he was looking in my folder and immediately stated that he had not seen me for a year-and-a-half. Well, I had thought I was doing an adequate job of keeping my aids clean, but, his cleaning procedure is much more thorough and involves disassembly of stuff the layman is not equipped to handle. He showed me that my microphone openings (almost microscopic little holes that I didnt even know about) had become completely plugged. Since that moment, Im hearing like a champ--with plenty of volume to spare! Oh, and, Dr. LaRue insisted that I schedule regular 4-month visits for the proper care of my aids. I would like to remind you, if you are his patient, that you do the same (the regular visits) so that your own aids will continue to provide maximum performance. And, remember, this continuing assistance is at no extra cost, whatsoever.
