The enterprise in Stephenville Texas was extremely helpful. Still did not have what I needed, but answered questions and had info.

Terrible customer service. Grayson did not have a vehicle for us even though we had a confirmation number. He was very condescending and did not seem to care that we trusted enterprise with our rental needs and the company left us on foot.

Easy to rent from professional, courteous employees. The experience was great and hassle free. I recommend this establishment if you need to rent a car.

Worst place in the world to rent a car. Made reservations for one and got a call 30 minutes later they didnt have available. So really didnt need car on Sunday but was closed and had to pay for that day. Then tried to change my rental to a pickup and online was available but again at the store it wasnt. Also the clerk said refund for deposit would be back same day and wasnt. Ive never had this much trouble with a rental place. So I called and ask to speak to higher up was given 2 or 3 numbers and not one return phone call still.

They never have any rentals available anytime :(

While where I picked up the car in Stephenville, TX was a great experience, where I dropped the car off at in Crestview FL was less than stellar. In Crestview they were a bit rude, after they told me that it was up to me to walk 3 miles to the dealership to get my truck. They were slow and made people wait on their schedule and were not concerned with the customer.

Nissan Altima: The car was very nice and easy to drive. A 120 mile trip only cost me $6.49 to refuel. Now I want one. lol

Requested a car 2 weeks in advance. When I arrived that morning, no car was available. I had to take a truck instead. It was not clean...literally had a fake fingernail in the floor, sunflower seeds in the side pocket of door, and chunks of hay and pieces of wire in the truck bed. The dashboard light indicator was on signaling that there was not washer fluid. I let the local office staff know. They offered an apology after stating it was a truck that someone must have used for work???

I greatly enjoyed the experience with the truck I rented, so much that I didnt want to take it back. The staff at Enterprise was very helpful and professional.

Great for families on a budget! Use these new, has efficient vehicles to go out of town and drive older vehicle around town. This way I break even on gas costs, repairs, and still have a vehicle for the daily commute. No more break downs with expensive tows, and repairs from trying to whip an old horse of a vehicle to drive for several hours. Great service.

I rented a car from Enterprise at DFW. The car broke down after 2 days, and I was told to limp it the nearest Enterprise which was in Stephenville. The Enterprise roadside assistance operator said everything was arranged to swap the vehicle there, but when I arrived, the Stephenville Enterprise claimed that they didnt have any record of it. The guy said he couldnt swap out the car, but he could rent me another one for a significantly higher price. He was running some kind of scam. Keep in mind that I was there because Enterprise sent me there to swap out the car that wouldnt go over 50 mph and chimed ever two seconds to get the engine serviced immediately. I had to go to another town to get a replacement. DO NOT use Enterprise if need need a functional vehicle. I spent a full day just getting the car replaced. They did not pay for the 120 miles of gas I used to drive roundtrip for a replacement, or the 2 days I didnt have a working vehicle. The Stephenville Enterprise has to be the worst of all of them. Also, the replacement vehicle I did receive was a beat up old truck and got grease on every that was put inside it. It was a disaster.

I had a overall great experience from start to finish! Definitely will be back soon.

I never leave negative reviews, however, we will not be using Enterprise again because of our terrible experience. Submitted our rental request a month in advance. We called the day before pick up to confirm our reservation, because we received no communication. The rep., after putting us on hold 20 minutes, was rude and told us we wouldnt get the size vehicle we requested.Next day we went to pick up, stood in the lobby for 10 minutes before being acknowledged. When we finally received help the rep. wouldnt make eye contact, did not explain any of the fees, and began to ask us a lot of personal questions. It felt like we were applying for a loan and we were expected to divulge personal info out loud in front of other patrons. No explanation until we asked as to why they needed this information. She then complained about how busy they were and the customers they had to work with because of a recent storm. The rep did a very quick walk around inspection of the vehicle and ignored every item I was trying to point out.Same story when we returned the vehicle. Not acknowledged for 15 or so minutes. Lack of eye contact and very abrupt attitude. When we asked about the charges she ignored us, we grew frustrated and instead of explaining the charges to use she decided to just refund a day. We were more than willing to pay for the time we rented the vehicle, but we were obviously taking up to much of her time.No objections to the vehicle they put us in. Other than it had been previously smoked in, the cup holders were sticky, and there was some milky residue where the middle seats latch to the floor. Biggest issues arose with the extremely poor customer service and lack of communication throughout the whole experience.

Everything was easy and fast. Just make sure to book a reservation 1 or 2 days ahead and call them to be sure of the pickup time. Cars are cleans provided with a well equipment.

This Enterprise is one if the best! Always friendly, helpful and professional. Great place to rent a car and feel welcome.

The experience was quick and easy, but we said no insurance and they made us sign the insurance blank on the paper. You could just say, You shouldve read it better, but I think its a very mean, dishonest thing to do.

Car was great, drop off was a breeze, Lauren was wonderful, she even let us stop at Redbox before taking us home! Thank you so much!

Came in with an issue regarding my bill, the guy that worked there was unsympathetic and acted like I was at fault for them misleading me on the extra charges put on my bill. I will never rent from Enterprise again.

You need to update Enterprise with your real hours. I had a 7:30 reservation and I needed to get to the DFW Airport. If I had known you dont open till 8 am then I would have made alternative arrangements.
