Broke down in my RV. Needed mechanic service to repair the unit. They seemed honest enough. The bill was nearly $900 more than I was quoted. There were no used or broken parts to show me. When I complained about the cost difference, someone in the office mentioned a mechanics lien!The fan was wired incorrectly. A cooling hose was left so loose it fell of and I had to add more coolant. The sensor I was told that I needed didn’t work when the coolant level fell. The exhaust temp sensor was incorrectly routed and burned through. I am sure the locals like the shop. But these guys are bandits. I expect to see a gun if I am robbed. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP! It is cheaper to have it towed and pay an honest mechanic.

Absolute con artists. After an accident I ask for them to tow my car to their shop. After multiple attempts to contact Jerry to pick up my vechicle (or anyone compitent enough to handle business)I was met with the same reply, “Jerry isn’t here right now”. After months of the same cat and mouse game he offered 75 dollars for the car, threatening to charge me for “keeping the car on his property”. He made no effort to try to contact me and seemed to avoid every effort I made to try to get the car off of his property. Was recommended their services by and friend and am extremely dissatisfied with their in professionalism.

I brought my car to Parhams Garage to get body work done (replaced quarter panel) and when they retuned my car it was TOTALED!! This business is incompetent and negligent when doing repairs! I wouldnt recommend this business to anyone! In their repairs they managed to put holes in my rear side air bag, holes in my unibody, over 125 open weld holes with no filing, no corrosion protection applied, and multiple areas of the replaced quarter panel werent even welded to the inner structure! When I confronted them about the damages they refused to do anything to make it right.. I was finally told a month later that Jerry Parham had contacted his General Liability Ins and they would be in touch with me, I asked him who his insurance was through and he refused to give it to me! Today is 3 months later and I still havent heard anything from any kind of insurance. I have hired a Lawyer and Parhams Garage was served a DTPA letter with my requests.

Ive tried to get a building moved by Parhams for over a week and a half and was given the runaround by them completely. But I figured it was because it was because it was a bit big, and I was told they were the only ones that could move it. So I put up with being lied to by the lady at the desk being told Jerry wasnt there, and apparently nobody else knows whats going on.Im at a loss for words at the unproffessional attitude they have shown towards picking up all 3 of my vehicles. The second time around. Everytime I call Im told Jerry isnt there, but when I show up somehow he always is. I hate it when people lie to me and a business should be no exception. Obviously other people are actually given service when they go there, Im really not a difficult customer, but its been a week and a half! A week and a half to pick up 3 cars! Im being told their wreckers are in Ft. Worth. by the owner Jerry and theyll try to get to them tomorrow... well its been a week and a half and I have to call every few days to make sure theyre still going to do it. If they cant do it, they should tell me and quit wasting my time, Im very busy and if they are too busy to do their job then they should tell the customer something instead of leading them on a 2 week wild goose chase for nothing. I cant believe they just IGNORE then job altogether. If they need more money, tell me. Any problem, let me know so I can fix it. If I ran my business like this Id be shut down. Parhams sucks, Im calling Lightnin tomorrow. Hes always been quick, and courteous, he even fixed my car for me for free once and was on the call in 5 minutes. So I didnt even need the tow! Im never using Parhams again. I would never wish this kind of negligence on any paying customer!

They are reckless in what they do they destroy cars they are supposed to fix they have allowed stuff to be stolen from people’s vehicles while in their shop from mistakes they made AWFUL

Motor went out on my suburban. Asked them if they could pull the block and have it fixed. If not I will get a crate motor sent. Couldnt rebuild the block. Got a new one sent, and all the parts. Sensors, and timing chain. Suburbans are electric controlled combustion engines. They said they could do it. They didnt put my parts on that they received, and signed for. Instead they hot rodded it. Trying to bypass the computer system. Over a year trying to undo and replace everything they screwed up. I would seriously use a different shop if I was reading this. 5,000.00 in new parts. For a truck that became lawn art. They are the worst mechanics I ever seen. But good liars and scam artist - mechanic shop
