Did I mention they installed it for free. Washer/ Dryer, two refrigerators, and large screen TV with wall mount bracket. They have a half fridge for my outdoor kitchen I am going to buy next. Our 3 year old dishwasher died. Gifford had a replacement in stock and delivered the next day. The installers found that a wooden board, which they had with them, was needed to be glued to the granite counter top. They did that and scheduled to return the next day because the glue needed to cure over night. They returned the following day, finished the installation, and took the old unusable dishwasher away.The young men were nice, friendly, efficient, and professional about their work. We are very satisfied customers!!This new dishwasher, purchased at another store far away, works ever so much better than the original one!! Maybe it was broken from the start.My only regret is that I didnt ask them to leave the packing box for our grandchildren to play with. They get as much fun from boxes, especially BIG boxes, as they do with expensive toys! It might have been turned into a playhouse or tunnel or something. Maybe Ill be quicker next time.

Dropped of some old appliances here that were sitting in my garage forever. Had a pleasant experience here looking around the store. Next time I need an appliance, Ill be back here.

We loved giffords, however one of their employees is why we won’t use them anymore. He was a bigger older short man with salt and pepper hair. He smelled of alcohol and seemed to be slurring his words while driving the company vehicle and in uniform. He looked very unsettled and had the worst attitude. We were in line behind him. We should have notified the law enforcement because he smelled so strong of alcohol. We have seen him in town often in uniform, he is very rude. We have purchased a washer from giffords and luckily we didn’t need it delivered. Good thing because this man drives for them and I would hate for my product to be miss handled or worse he gets in an accident to and from. He drives that vehicle like he stole it. I honestly wouldn’t want a man with a drinking problem knowing where I live let alone inside my house. Very rude person. We will be doing future business with Home Depot for the reason that this man gave us a bad taste in our mouth.

My family member that is handicapped is still waiting on a call/visit back from Giffords to come and fix the refrigerator they installed. Several calls have been made to get someone out and nothing is being done. With the many phone calls made and attempts to get service, I would not recommend buying appliances here.

They called about 45 minutes before delivery to give me time to move items. Very nice delivery men.

I live outside of Blanket and traveled to Gifford 6 years ago to buy a TV based on referrals. Just the day before this big freeze, my TV went out. I called Gifford and spoke to Chris Gifford. He had the TV I wanted in stock. I explained I had recent surgery and was layed up. That very same day I called, with roads icing up, Chris assured me they would drive to Blanket and install my new TV. Gifford brought my TV and installed it. We all know how bad this freeze was but Gifford made it much more tolerable and I could watch the news.Why would anybody choose to buy from anybody else. They care about their customers. Theyre not just wanting to sell you something, they want to treat people like they want to be treated. I can not express my appreciation for Chris Gifford and his staff.

Well, frankly I was a little surprised. Between reading mixed reviews and word of mouth, I reluctantly asked for service on ice maker and just over 1 year old washer, just out of warranty. Paid a reasonable service call for ice maker. Serviceman returned with the part for the washer, said they would try to get it covered under warranty. They did! Admittedly, they are a little steep, but will bargain some on hi-dollar items and, at least THIS time, service was great!

I am very pleased with the service I received. The service man was here within two hours and were located 36 miles from Stephenville. He repaired my washer quickly, charged a reasonable service fee ($81.13) and didnt charge for mileage or travel time.We bought a washer, dryer and refrigerator from Giffords and will buy other appliances from them as needed.

Every appliance in my house is from Giffords. I have always received competitive pricing with good customer service. Anytime I have had one of the appliances I bought from them need a repair, they brought a loaner for me to use while the repairs were being done.

Horrible experience let me list off the problems.#1 When our washer broke we were told we had to pay a 1 time service fee of $180.00 to come to our house. OK I understand that they said it was for our appliances then 2 months later our dryer broke we told them we had already paid the service fee, after fixing our dryer they let us know we had to pay a service fee again because it was for a different appliance. This could have been stated on the phone.#2 After fixing our dryer they put in a new heating coil that ended up melting other parts of our dryer and refused to refund anything.#3 The reason they are not refunding us is because the dryer vent is what broke the dryer both times.So that little 4in aluminium hose that runs directly outside our house broke about 2ft long breaks heating coils and melts circuit boards. Good excuse Giffords I will no longer use your company and I hope enough people read this and you dont get anymore business.That is all.
