We stayed at one of the condo properties in Steamboat over the weekend and we were very pleased with the communication of SLC and their ability to deliver a product/property just as it was marketed. They left us the cutest array of information on things to do in Steamboat along with treats and even a cute baggy of doggy treats for our pup. We would definitely stay with them again and highly recommend their hosting and management services, worth every penny!

My now wife and I stayed with them for 5 days for our wedding and the place was AWESOME. Everything is very easy and intuitive, the property was incredible and the staff super easy to work with. We will be using them again when we go ski in Steamboat and again when we go up for our anniversary next year.

Just stayed at the Snowflower 311 unit and booked with Steamboat Lodging Company. This was a great rental in Steamboat on the mountain and the stay was seamless! Very nicely renovated property, fully furnished, with great building amenities; the pool, hot tub and fire pit were much enjoyed. The kitchen has all the equipment you need if you want to cook at home, probably the best of any rental I’ve seen. Easy access to the coffee and wine shop Wild Plum across the street if you want to go out. Secure parking with easy access to the elevator. Many walking trails available throughout the community as well. You will love this place!!!

We had a great stay in Steamboat with Steamboat Lodging Company. They were super responsive, the townhome was gorgeous, and the management team is very professional. You can tell they truly care about their guests. Great stay and we highly recommend!

We stayed with a small group of friends at Villa Vista for a ski trip last weekend and greatly enjoyed our stay! The host was very communicative and helpful with any issues, and the shuttle service to and from the mountain was well-run, responsive, and convenient. The house itself is gorgeous and well appointed with modern appliances in the kitchen. You would have a hard time beating the view of the mountain, which presents itself from almost every room in the house and greatly adds to the charm of this property. We will be back to stay again!

Olympian 303 is in a great location downtown. Its just steps to everything, including excellent restaurants and the Yampa River bike path. We particularly enjoyed the patio which overlooks the Yampa river.The condo is very spacious and very clean. It is also we equipped; everything we needed was there. Steamboat Lodging Company made the check-in perfect (there is none, you just go to the condo!). They made us feel welcome from the time we got there until the time we left. They even checked with us a few times during are stay to ask if we needed anything. When we needed extra towels they were really pleasant and towels were delivered to us shortly.This was a great experience. Well be back

We had an excellent stay at the Alpen Glow Row House for our annual snowboarding trip. I was very impressed that the host followed up with us to make sure we had no issues checking in or out. They responded immediately when we ran into an issue with the public parking and assisted us with finding an alternative location. I will definitely be booking with the Steamboat Lodging Company again!

Steamboat Lodging was excellent. They were super responsive to our inquiry and were able to accommodate us at the last minute. Everything was really clean and well maintained. They were super easy to work with on Check-in and check-out procedures. We will definitely be using them again in the future!

First time visiting Steamboat. Once I booked the property, I received a call and message from Peggy asking if I had any questions. We went over the very descriptive check-in instructions that had been emailed to me. After we checked in, there was a hiccup regarding the condos garage parking being not available for unscheduled maintenance. One call to Peggy and we found legal on-street overnight parking. Whew! Great property; great management. Ill book with Steamboat Lodging again in the future.

We stayed in the Villa Vista property in Steamboat Springs (3 couples), the views are absolutely amazing. The house is well appointed and the layout is great for sharing space with friends and family as well as having private space to retreat to. Steamboat Lodging Company has excellent service and made sure our trip went smoothly. I would highly suggest.

Steamboat lodging was amazing! The home we stayed in was beautiful and extremely clean when we arrived. They were in constant contact with me starting about a month out, all the way up until we checked out - ensuring everything was to our liking and if we needed help with anything. Also, it was our honeymoon and they were nice enough to leave champagne for us to help celebrate! Would 100% recommend renting from them and enjoying the beauty of steamboat springs!

Oner of the most memorable trips we have had! The snow was minimal but lifts were open. The room was amazing and very comfortable. The staff was always there for us, although we really didnt need anything as it was all there for us. Thank you to Steamboat staff and all of Colorado for having us. We are grateful and it was a blessing. God is Great!

Perfect family getaway!!! With so many travel restrictions this year, we were not able to take a family vacation as planned. This was the perfect place for us to take a long weekend and get away. Great accommodations. As always, outstanding communication with personal phone calls on day of check in, they even called us to inform us that the power would be out for a few hours during our stay which was fine and again another followup call after our stay. Super high touch customer service! I love it!

Place was centrally located downtown Steamboat. Check-in was easy, parking was accessible, and the unit was in great shape. Everything met our expectations and we would stay here again.

Booking was easy. Immediate reply with confirmation and from the agency. Plenty of pre-trip instructions so never had a worry. Secure garage parking but walked everywhere anyways. Received a call morning of check in to verify everything was to our liking. Accommodations were pristine with a welcome package personalized. So nothing generic about this stay. Full kitchen, living room, cozy gas fireplace, plush bed, spacious bath. Great cubbies to throw stuff upon walk in so other surfaces arent cluttered. Elevator in building, restaurants down stairs and all around.Best coffee and pastries found in walking distance was a few blocks away at a bookshop/coffee house called Off The Beaten Path on 9th st.Would recommend this place!

Steamboat Lodging Co. went above and beyond to make our stay in Steamboat absolutely wonderful. The location and description of the property were exactly as described and the views couldnt be beat. The amenities were 5 star, and the coziness and convenience of the lodge makes it near impossible to leave at the end of your stay. However, above all, the customer service blew me away. I was constantly impressed with the staff and their quick responses, attention to detail and readiness to assist with anything and everything. Special thanks to Peggy, who went out of her way to make this trip extra special on a personal and touching level. The teams hospitality honestly makes all the difference in the world and truly immerses you in the pampering of being on vacation. I cant recommend this location nor the company enough.

The house is fantastic! Very comfortable, clean and Beautiful. When we got there we were welcome with a nice gift on the counter. The property manager was in communication with us at all times and making sure we had everything we needed. The house had everything we needed and more. Definitely coming back! :)

Overall we really liked the space. We checked in late and there was no garage door opener. Not a huge deal, just cost us some time in looking for it and it was already late. Apparently the previous guest took it. It happens. We never did get another one.One very minor observation, re-stock the games with dice... :)The condo was clean, great view, great location in downtown. We recommend staying here. Interaction with the property manager was good.

I wish I could give Steamboat Lodging Company more than five stars! Everything about the booking process and our stay could not have been more perfect. The team was extremely helpful and accommodating as we considered the many wonderful condos and houses they had available for our six-person group. The condo we ended up choosing was beautifully furnished and the perfect fit for our group...every couple had their own bathroom and the common spaces comfortably fit everyone. Very nice unit, but be warned you have to walk up to the third floor and the gondola goes right past your window. But excellent service, clean, and a wonderful place.

Our group enjoyed a wonderful stay at Berghaus Lodge South. The accommodations were lovely and clean, the beds comfy, the kitchen well equipped--it all was just great. But what set this place apart was the special attention and care provided by Peggy and her team. Any one of us would gladly return in the future!

RE: Burgess Creek Lodge, Private HomeThe house itself is clean, well kept, and modern in its amenities. For those looking to escape much hotter temperatures like us (100+ in Texas) the many screened windows gave us a pleasant cool breeze through the house and the sound of the stream coming in to lull us to sleep. The path down to the stream and the small patio near it was a pleasant surprise, not seen in the pictures on the site. Steamboat Springs and all of its attractions are literally just down the hill.The only item I would mention is that road noise can sometimes knock you out of the sense you are NOT in some distant mountain lodge away from everything. But what can you expect from a private home so close to a ski town? It wasnt anything that caused us grief, but we did notice it.If you want to stay in the woods but still be almost a walk away from civilization, you cant go wrong with this house. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

We were in town for the SBT GRVL event and chose Steamboat Lodging based on price and location. They exceeded our expectations with super prompt communication and thoughtful extra touches. For example they provided Honey Stinger waffles and chews which were exactly what we needed! I strongly recommend Steamboat lodging and will absolutely stay there again.

The property was a perfect fit for our family. We pulled off a Thanksgiving dinner for 10! Location was very close to parking for skiing.

Berghaus Lodge is an incredible property! While we had no issues while we were there, Steamboat Lodging was very attentive with calls before and after our stay. Obviously a company who cares! Would definitely stay at this home again and will book thru Steamboat Lodging.

We have stayed before at a different location and was very happy. Unfortunately this time around was not the case. Our condo has no air conditioner(mind you it was 95 most days, and we were up there for soccer), not enough parking (we never had a spot in the evening to leave our car) and last but not least the upstairs shower had no hot water. Very disappointed in this stay. Update review** Wonderful customer service on fixing the issues that we encountered during our stay, we cannot wait to return next year!

We were in town from Reno, NV, for a wedding and found this gem! I travel a lot for work a pleasure using AirBnb, VRBO, Home Away, etc. and this property is probably the nicest rental place Ive ever been to. It had everything we ever needed and more. My favorite aspect of the property is that quality of the place. You can tell it was very thought out and the property manager did not skimp on anything. One of my pet peeves is cheap household items that simply fill space. This location had very high quality EVERYTHING and is probably nicer than my own apartment!Another great side of the place is the communication of the property managers. They were extremely helpful and had many forms of communication to address any need; from email, text messages, and phone calls. I truly felt like they actually cared about our stay. I wish every rental was like this and look forward to renting again!It is highly recommended!

BOOK WITH STEAMBOAT LODGING! We visited Steamboat with a a few friends and absolutely fell in love with the house Berghaus North. It is located in the best part of steam boat. You can clearly see the mountains and literally had to walk the driveway to get picked up for skiing. Everyone in our group had a great time and all thought the rooms were extremely spacious. Hands down the best vacation rental company in Steamboat! (I have used many others). Their attention to detail, customer service and ability to go above and beyond to make their guests vacations the best is truly awesome. Can’t wait to book with them again!

We stayed at eagle ridge escape. The properties are packed together like sardines which makes parking difficult. Contractors were re -asphalting the drive so finding parking was a constant battle. Then we get hassled by the hotel next door (eagle ridge lodge) as well as the local homeowners association lady calling us to complain. Gee wiz folks, did we schedule the weeklong asphalt project? No. We didnt. Again. Parking here is a total mess even without the asphalt issues. Secondly we were told there is a main floor bathroom in unit 1446. There isnt. Makes it difficult with 8 adults and 4 kids.

Great customer service, I like the use of technology. The place was well kept and had everything we needed.

Their communication was top notch and provided an excellent service. Would highly recommend
