When I finally got my cat at 8 weeks, he was in very poor health. He was malnourished, dehydrated and infested with fleas. He sleep for 2 days straight without even making a peep. I had to take him to the vet on the 3rd day I had him which cost me $200. I think they mean well but there is a lack of know how and oversight.
