I first met Beth at a store in Statesboro. She was wearing a scrub top with the Premier’s logo on it and I asked her if she worked there. She said she did and I proceeded to mention my dental concerns with her.She mentioned that there were 2 Dentists there and that they both were great. After spending some time with her discussing my needs I decided to make a appointment.From the first time I scheduled my appointment and from my first visit everyone was very nice and attentive.I was greeted by everyone who was employed by the Premier Dental Wellness. My Dental Hygienist was awesome and she was very polite and she explained each step of my dental examine and procedures. She made me feel comfortable and confident with her skills.I then met Dr. Alex Brown and he also examined my dental work and then discussed my needs. We moved to Statesboro about a year and half ago. I check with my insurance company to see which dentist I could go to. I picked one of those corporate dentist, and was disappointed. This was my first visit and it was due to a semi-emergency. This was the best experience Ive ever had at a dentists office. Staff very kind & accommodating. During the procedure, Dr. Marz & Irene (assistant) went the extra mile to ensure I was comfortable at all times. I have MS and have had a lot of issues with my teeth. I have had to have a lot of cosmetic dentistry done by Dr Alex Brown who was an Amazing dentist. His assistant Kaytlyn was amazing as well.. I was amazed at how well my teeth looked once we were done and I ha e not stopped smiling.. They treat you like family and they make you feel so welcome at this office. I truly recommend Premier Dental Wellness above any other Dentist office. I can not Thank them enough for giving me my smile back!! The best in Statesboro in my opinion. Dr. Marz and his staff are always very professional, and put any concerns I have to rest. He has no issues explaining why what needs to be done and he goes above and beyond to explain how he intends to accomplish this. I know many people who have had bad experiences and absolutely dread visiting the dentist, you will not if you go here I know it. You will have no trouble trusting the staff here. Dr. Marz will take his time to help you build a care plan to handle the immediate issues and how to manage any possible future problems.

I have a lifetime of experience of which I remember 60 years of going to the dentist every 6 months. Over the last 65 years, dentists have changed from working on you with a cigarette dangling from their mouth to absolutely the most modern dental practice i have ever experienced. Being new to Statesboro, I had to research who would be my dentist. I have lived in big cities and small towns all my life, and have seen dentists change with time. So I made some phone calls to local orthodontists and periodontists on the advice of my last dentist, asking them, if you had to have dental work done, who would you go to? Dr Marz (Premier) was the most recommended dental practice by the other professionals i asked.That being said, I took a chance. I had what I thought was a broken molar. It turned out that had broken a crown. When it was originally placed, it took close to 3 weeks from start to finish. Dr Marzs practice is so modern, he removed and replaced my crown in 2½ hours. I was totally amazed how he and the assistant worked like a well oiled machine. While waiting for the crown to finish the manufacturing process (in house), they have a full body massage chair that i sat in for the ½ hour wait time.I brought my own headphones and was able to listen to the music I had on my phone. I think the practice offers headphones, but I don’t remember.Everything was so easy. Even the device used to keep my mouth open was soft and allowed me to actually relax. Unlike past experiences that had implements that hurt stuffed into my mouth.So, if you are looking for a dental practice that is modern, efficient, and makes the experience fun, Premier Dental is the place to go. I left the office and jokingly told the doctor, see you next week Never in my life have I felt like that as far as going to the dentist.Thanks Doc & Staff 👍

Ive recently started going to Premier Dental. Ive had a cleaning as well as a crown that needed replacing. My interactions with the staff at Premier have been very pleasant. They were helpful with filing my insurance and working with my schedule. Dr. Marz was very careful and considerate while putting my crown on. It is the best fit for a crown Ive ever had done. Also, I tend to get very nervous having dental work done and he talked me through each step. I also feel that he did not recommend work that was not needed. (I have had that happen at other dentist.) The office is clean and pleasant without being overly fancy. Overall I am very pleased with the work that they have done. I will be continuing as a regular patient and switching my family over to them as well. They made a very good first impression.

Everything at Premier Dental Wellness has been top notch! I swapped to their practice about a year ago and have been very pleased. Dr. Marz has done extensive work on my mouth (5 crowns and additional fillings) and it has all been first rate. They work with you to develop a plan and then help you through the process. Many of my family members have now swapped over also. My 4 year old daughter actually asked me when she could go back to the dentist after I took her for her first time. Highly recommended!

This is the best dental practice Ive ever used. When my dentist retired, I searched for another, and Premier Dental Wellness was my choice. The staff is personable and professional, the equipment is state of the art, the waiting area is comfortable, and the whole place looks like its cleaned with a toothbrush every day! The dentist is so kind and so skilled; I had major work done, including a root canal, and everything went well. Also, he and his staff are able to clean, x-ray, and work on my adult disabled sons teeth. You can tell by our beautiful smiles just how well we are treated, both clinically and personally. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

First off let me day this, I am not a bot or a paid review, second, i VERY rarely do reviews unless i find the service something very special or i wouldnt waste my thumb muscles.I am a 36 year old man and i was so scared of the dentist due to a prior event from my youth. Needless to say i was so nerve racked i was counting down the days until my appointment.Next i consider the work Dr. Marz did to my teeth was nothing short of re constructive face surgery. thats kind of a joke but i had such worn down molars my face now feels amazing with my 3 crowns. He also did a million cavities or so with in 4 sittings.Dr. Marz knows what he is doing. I will trust no one else with my teeth until Im forced to and i will not be happy about it.Like all good things in life dental work can be pricey but i cant say enough good things about my result.My wife also got hers done and she is also very happy customer, my mother and father too.If your nervous about this, just go, you will be so happy and they go above and beyond for comfort.This service will no doubt increase the quality of my life in ways i didnt understand. Im so proud of my smile now and i want to share this with everyone.

I had an amazing experience! I was terrified of the dentist after several horrific experiences. By the time he started drilling, I found myself to be so relaxed that I almost fell asleep. My teeth are so beautiful now that I couldnt resist giving Dr. Marz a big ole hug! Best dentist ever!

Wow, Dr. Marz was able to replace 2 of my crowns with permanent crowns in 1 short appointment using new digital technology. I was amazed! He digitally scanned my teeth with a wand instead of the old messy molding method of the past. A digital machine quickly created the crowns there in his office and while they were being processed, I got to enjoy a relaxing massage in a special massage chair in a peaceful room with plants. Everyone there was so nice and welcoming. I also liked that everyone was screened for fever and any symptoms of COVID-19 before entering the building, and our hands were sprayed to disinfect them. All staff wore masks to protect the patients. Wish I had switched over to Dr. Marz sooner! I highly recommend Premier Dental Wellness. All my family goes there now.

In some circumstances it may be necessary to have the crown made in an outside lab. In that case, the mold is made digitally and sent to the lab at the push of a button that is right beside you. I watched Dr. Marz work on the computer at the side of the exam chair to the precise fit for the crown and was then ordered within seconds. No need for the mouth full of mold for impressions and mailing it off in the mail then waiting for the permanent crown to return. It really cuts down the time of treatment. Best of all is the prices!For the convenience and quality, it’s the best.

The Staff is friendly and Dr Marz has always been wonderful to our family! I love that he uses new up to date technology and he is very thorough when he comes in to look at everything. Dr. Marz and staff are the greatest! I chipped a tooth on Saturday, and called on Monday to be fit in, and was able to go in that morning. The procedure of having crowns made and fitted would take 3 hours, which I expected would be hard to schedule. I was actually able to go in the next day. In 2 1/2 hours, Dr. Marz was able to analyze, produce, custom-color, and install two crowns that look exactly like my own teeth. His skill, along with the technology he has available is truly amazing. I expected it would take at least several days and maybe weeks to get this done, and that it would be hard to replicate crowns that look and feel like real teeth. Thank goodness I was wrong on both counts. I heartily recommend Dr. Marz and his wonderful staff for all dental care.

I initially went to Premier Dental to have my teeth cleaned. The dental hygienist, Paige, did an excellent job on my teeth. She was very patient and gentle considering it had been a while since I had my teeth cleaned. On that visit, it was discovered that I had some cavities that needed repair. I was supposed to return in about a month, but due to a cancellation I was able to be seen sooner. Dr. Marz did a phenomenal job with the repair using the latest laser technology. There was very minimal discomfort and I felt relaxed the entire time. I was so happy when I got home and looked in the mirror to see that there were no unsightly silver fillings. I was very pleased and would recommend anyone.

I am not a fan of the dentist and have major anxiety when it comes to dental visits. I went today for a deep cleaning and I couldn’t be more pleased with Dr. Marz and his staff. Ruby, my hygienist, was amazing along with everyone else I spoke to at my visit. They made what I thought was going to be a very scary and unpleasant task an amazing one. I cannot say enough kind things about my experience at Premier Dental Wellness. I have finally found MY dentist and I am not dreading my next visit at all.

He uses some of the newest technologies for modern dentistry. I had first hand experience of this when he used a laser to treat my cavities. It was quick, painless and extremely effective. I cant say enough about how wonderful the staff were here! I was seen for an emergency visit related to a broken/infected molar. Dr. Marz took the time out of his busy schedule to work me in and made sure that I was seen by an oral surgeon the very same day. He was very informative, polite, and compassionate to my dental needs, even though my problem was beyond his scope. His staff made several calls and were able to get me referred to East Georgia Center for Oral and Facial Surgery that very same afternoon. Most dentists wont do this for new patients. I was treated like family, and would urge ANYONE with dental needs to call and schedule an appointment here. Thank you Premier Dental Wellness! You literally saved the day! I had oral surgery the following day, and am well on the road to recovery. Dont wait until it gets symptomatic.....take care of the problem before it becomes something major!

I am overwhelmed with emotion right now! I first visited Dr. Marz this week at the recommendation of a friend. He and his staff were attentive and friendly and helpful. He referred me to an oral surgeon for my particular problem. His staff made sure that the surgeons office understood the urgency of my need and saw me as soon as possible, since my tooth has to be taken care of before I can have my much-needed knee replacement surgery at the end of the month. When I walked out of his office, I had already decided that I would return as soon as possible so Dr. Marz can take care of my other dental issues. I was happy that Id found a dentist I feel comfortable with. But the reason I feel overwhelmed today is because Dr. Marz showed compassion and made me feel cared for. He went above and beyond. My Mom has Alzheimers and we needed to find a dentist that would work with her. She had two crowns on the front of her mouth that needed replacing and the only way to repair was with dental implants. Dr. Marz was kind enough to take on this task without hesitation and with incredible patience, professionalism and diligence. Using the latest technology Dr. Marz made it possible for my Mom to have a beautiful smile again. The color and shape of the teeth are so SPOT ON that you can not tell that she has had anything done! The implants are so natural looking! And, for this we are forever grateful. We could never say enough good things or thank Dr. Marz and his staff for all they have done and still do. They are all wonderful, kind, helpful, willing and personable people. They go above and beyond! And with all sincerity, I highly recommend Dr. Marz and his staff.

Dr. Marz and his entire staff are extremely professional, proficient and courteous. The facility is modern, clean, and has a relaxing atmosphere. It’s important to me that Dr. Marz does root canals in his office and also has a lab in-house for crowns. You never have to come back for a “permanent” because you leave the same day with one. The staff works well with insurance companies and will fight to get necessary procedures approved. The cost for services is comparable with other dentists in the area. I completely trust Dr. Marz and would recommend him for your dental health.

Dr. Marz is and excellent dentist! It was one of the most painless experiences I ever had. He answered every question I had and walked me through the process of everything he was doing and why. The next day, I received a phone call from him just to check up on how I was feeling and letting me know that I could call him if I needed anything. His dental hygienist, administrative and financial staff are also the friendliest I have ever dealt with at a dentist. Truly amazing office and I would recommend them to anyone!

Dr. Marz and his staff do excellent work. I recently had a crown put in and Im extremely satisfied with the way the procedure went and the way my mouth feels. Ive recommended this office to friends and family because of their ability to provide such excellent care for their patients.

I am extremely happy with Dr. Marz dental work! When my wife was a child she broke her front tooth in half and he has taken care of it since. Since broken she has had a root canal, the tooth bonded back together, bleachings, and a crown. Most recently she went in to get it taken care of because over the years since the root canal the color has changed and we wanted it fixed before the possibility of it falling off again. Her case was tough because of it being the front top tooth and I have an extremely deep bite. He went above and beyond. He internally bleached the tooth and took 3 dimensional pictures to create an exact replica of the tooth. The tooth came out perfect and looks amazing. It looks like her original tooth and so natural even in the sunlight! We wouldnt trust anyone else to take care of dental needs. I feel he was truly honest and had our best care in mind. Highly recommend him to anyone!!!

Went to the dentist office yesterday morning and as always, the experience is great there at Premier Dental Wellness. These guys are wonderful to deal with and have an upbeat, positive, can do personalities. If you havent already become a patient there... This is, by far, the best dentist experience I have had. Dr. Marz is a very skillful dentist, in addition to being a very nice and kind person. The whole staff is very professional and kind. The offices are equipped with latest technology (3D scanning, printing, lasers) which greatly reduce the pain the patients go through and the time you have to wait in the dental office. The wait-time is non-existent! I set my appointment to 9, I am sitting in the chair at 9. Highly recommended.

My original review said how generous a one star is for this place and how I didnt really like my visit because after a while of just asking questions, I felt like I was annoying them.I debated about not reviewing in the first place, but I have been waiting to review this place for a while.Now Im Reuploading my original post via screenshot (unless they delete them) because Im petty but it appears the owner is too.Its laughable at how defensive the owner can be and assumed I was my husband, who also left an extensive negative review. My husband may have got the worst of it, but I didnt like my visit either. This review is about MY visit- not what happened with my husbands (if your curious, go look it up before they delete it! If its already deleted it wouldnt surprise me) An overwhelming positive record doesnt make me any less visible. What I said about them being vexed with a lot of questions and making me feel unwelcome and out of place still stands. It made me NOT want to ask questions after a while, so I just felt uncomfortable. I also didnt really like how some of the technicians seemed aloof when I was already trying to get a feel for the staff- I chalked it up to maybe they were having a bad day but now Im thinking otherwise. One of the weirdest things though that happened to me personally, was the technician who worked on my mouth said they were going to split up my procedure (and charged me for a full debridement- keep this in mind) and do what was supposed to be done on separate days. She claimed it was to let the mouth heal, and at the time it didnt seem so weird but I even mentioned that they only did my bottom jaw, my top jaw is fine- there is no need to split up the procedure. My comment basically went in one ear and out the other and they repeated themselves as if I never said anything in the first place. I have mentioned this incident to other dentists as well as other dentistry patrons and every single one of them agreed that was strange and they had never heard of anyone doing that before..so add that to the overall sketchiness. It also goes to show they STILL dont pay attention to simple detail and care more about looking good (probably why they seem to only respond to negative reviews) because they STILL spell his name wrong in the reply, even on his appointment cards AND insurance papers they still spelled it wrong. 4 letters is not hard to spell. Surprisingly they got mine correct on my cards. An empty robotic sorry and cant even toss shade right, so let that be a warning to everyone who wants better buisness. The front desk staff is very friendly. They will help you with anything you have questions about. The hygienist are very caring. Chelsea was so gentle, it was like she wasnt even cleaning my teeth. They want you to be comfortable. Dr Marz wants the best for your dental health. He doesnt try to push anything on you. He makes sure you know what should be done. This is a very nice dental office.

I had a great first visit to Dr.Marz office this morning. The front desk staff were so helpful and welcoming and the person who cleaned my teeth did a great, pain free job. I really enjoy the use of technology in their office. X-rays immediately appear on a computer screen and they are able to take pictures of unseen cavities and deal with them before they can become a problem. Im really looking forward to getting a few tiny cavities filled with a special laser that is supposed to be painless in most cases. Great first impression!
