Here in Statesboro I really feel like theyre taking advantage of this covid-19 Delta situation because you really cant get any help unless youre going online and for someone thats not computer savvy its kind of like youre getting the runaround Ive seen them give money away to residents that didnt deserve it and here I am in a financial bind and I cant get any help Im praying that the Lord gets me out of this situation so I never need their help ever again.
The entire system needs to be reformed because it is based on the word of the individual seeking governmental assistance in retrieving child support. No type of investigation is done to determine rather these accusation are true or false. Theres no due process in the court hearing, just a order of compliance. The calculation method used is only designed to get the most from the one that has to pay but yet its supposed to be the equal responsibility of both parents to take care of the child or children. Justice has never been blind and it is definitely bias.
These folks could not possibly care LESS about doing their job well. They have told me themselves that my case fell through the cracks. They dont process payments in a timely manner. Theyre rude and lack empathy. They dont return emails and when they do its useless vague responses. They treat me as though I dont have the right to inquire about my case. The state needs to do a better job enforcing child support, period!

My 2020 visit was the best and most productive ever. The staff has changed and they seem kind and helpful now. I was not uncomfortable this time and got help right away.
Hinesville Office experience- Awful attitude of Mrs Jessica Patterson- totally a disrespectful lady who seems that enjoy wasting time and give you the run around. Should be replaced for someone that actually wants to work with the public to better guide them thru the process.
They are rude and disrespectful to every male that comes in the door no matter what your situation is.
Worst child support enforcement office ever.. they are completely rude, and beyond lazy at doing their job and not to mention very slow at it to. I will drive over an hour away to Chatham county and turn in the paperwork there, just to make sure the employees will get the job done right and I deal with real customer service.
Why do people have to wait theres no one in the office! And now they have security to guard a empty build. They never know any information on your case. We go to them why? The fathers pays when ever they want too still, so why waste your time with a middle man, child support make it know better in some cases.🧐🤨

Building is pretty hard to find but the receptionist was nice and very helpful.
No privacy and they make you discuss your case in front of everyone. Their portal is not able to view our portal so they cant assist-even if you show it to them on your phone- completely disorganised, unprofessional and simply their infrastructure is a hot mess.
Would not look up closed casr information, suggested i find out where the case generated from.
Staff lazy dont want to do work and seemed very prejudice especially against older white people
Horrible they cut off my sons medical insurance for information I have givin them before and because I dont have a vehicle or the money to send the information about a parent who has been absent from our lives 8 years and in jail so I cant get support from them they punish me more ?? Makes no sense and just to talk to a person you have to wait almost an hour on hold thats if you dont get disconnected before they pick up then you have to start the wait all over again smh
Its ALWAYS automated your put on hold for hours at a time . No one seems to be abe to give any information
