Poor communication but the pool is clean. An answering service is no good if they don’t return calls regarding issues. If you manage to get in contact with anyone they are polite. Email is better than the phone.
I have been trying to get some information about a pool they maintain for over 4 weeks. Even though the service poolman comes an cleans the pool weekly. They ignore my requests for other information. IE: what will it cost to fix my pool, as they are intimate with the pool.They might be good (at least the service tech is) but at this point, I would never recommend this company for anything. Someone needs to tell them, there is more to customer service than putting a vaccum in the pool and filling the clorinator.Stay away, there are surely other companies that are interested in my business.
We recently had our pool liner replaced by ASP pools. The liner arrived after four weeks (usually takes 4-6 weeks), and was installed and filled in two days. ASP was very professional and the pool looks brand new. We couldnt be happier!
