Austin is seriously one of the nicest people I have ever met! Very enthusiastic about his job and just overall a people person. He did the best job i’ve seen by any locksmith (customer service, timeliness, and just an overall job well done) and i’ve had to call car locksmiths a few times. I honestly believe this man should be given a raise or some kind of reward for the work he did on my car today. I was nervous at first, because I have a 2013 Mustang GT and am very protective of my car. First time I ever locked my keys in my car, so I didnt know what to expect. But, Im happy to say that they were not only quick in their arrival, but very careful with my car and nothing was damaged. They used a pry bar and they knew what they were doing. Great job!

I locked my keys inside of my car like we all do, luckily these guys were on campus and at my car in a matter of 10 minutes and my car was unlocked right away. I only paid 35 dollars which is much better than what i have paid in the past. They were professional and i would definitely do business here again.

I locked my keys in my car right after work, and it was raining super hard. I called, they came in under 10 minutes, and everything went smooth. Friendly service, even in the downpour. Would recommend.

B&B Lock and Key at first started out very professional. They set up a time to meet with me and everything. Until the time came and all of a sudden none of my calls were answered. Ann said they would be back in the office after lunch around 1pm. Well lets say, I was still calling up until 3pm. I guess they had a really long lunch or something. I really needed their services because I was locked out. I advise everyone not to use their services, they were very unprofessional. I would use them as a back up service but make sure you dont just rely on them. Extremely disappointed in this service. Worst I have ever had. I will never recommend them. If I could rate them with 0 stars I would.

So thankful for B&B Lock & Keys quick service and quality products. They were able to come out to Savannah from Statesboro within one day to create 25 keys needed for a pool that we help manage through Market South Management. We had a specific key and they provided exactly what was needed.

Took 2 days for a response but luckily it gave me time to find my keys

This is in response to Chelsea Davis, as I feel our business needs to clarify a few things. We sent a man out to the job, and no one was there. the technician called twice with no answer. She called later and the owner when out to the location. No one met him there and no one answered his three attempts to call.In fact we did have two team members out of the shop that afternoon for doctors appointments, so there was no one to answer the shop calls. Thank you for your concern, though. But when we sent a tech out on two separate occasions and couldnt get a hold of anyone, we had to continue on with our day and work schedule.Were very sorry for any inconvenience we caused.

Needed our locks re-keyed. Called on a Monday afternoon and they sent a technician out Tuesday afternoon. Very speedy and friendly service.

Locked my keys in my car today 10/3/16, called up and they gave me a flat rate price for unlocking it. guy who came out was a hoot and made leave this with a smile on my face, i recommend them to anyone in a jam.

Ive been using these services for going on two decades now the best lockout experts around and Pop-A-Lock they can make a key if youve lost your key and your locked out theyll open your car and make you a new key before they leave
