We have used Fluffy Clean for a deep clean and regular maintenance. The customer service is always prompt and professional. The cleaning team arrives on time and efficiently cleans the house leaving it looking and smelling like new. I would highly recommend.

Sincere THANK YOU Fluffy Clean Team!Our son was moving back into his Apt at Southern this past Friday evening only to find a sublet tenant in which a former room mate had sub-leased to had decimated the Apt in filth. We were there to help, but the conditions were even beyond my wifes capabilities (which you know must be really bad), and to add Covid risk on top of it was just the kicker. We began early Saturday AM calling with a prayer that we could get a professional cleaning company to come in same day. All were either closed or booked for the next 2 weeks. At 8:35am the owner of Fluffy Clean, LLC personally answered the phone although their hours did not start until 9:00am. She too was booked until mid August, but was empathetic to our situation as she has children as well. She said she would see what she could do and would call back in 1 hour. On top of all this the sub-let tenant was unaware they had to be out on Saturday before 1:00pm or face significant fines. Our son made this person aware both on Friday night & early Saturday AM. The owner called back within 30 minutes, and said she has a crew that can get there between 1:30 & 2:30pm !!!! They showed up at 1:05pm and the sublet actually moved out just prior to the deadline!!! Prayer & Alie (the owner) pulled off a miracle, and the job they tackled and completed was just an amazing difference! His Apt. looks incredible, and we can rest that is has been rid of any Covid risk to our son as well!Again, a heartfelt THANK YOU to Alie, her onsite awesome crew & the entire team at Fluffy Clean !!! Of course, we would not only recommend them, but we will use them again in the future!So if you have a need in Statesboro, GA go with Fluffy Clean!!

I wish I had called Allie a long time ago! I just always assumed that I couldnt afford to hire a house cleaner. She was so kind and worked with my budget. The ladies who came to clean my house were so sweet and they did an amazing job and it smells like heaven in here!

We recently moved to a ‘new’ home and wanted the property thoroughly cleaned before moving in. We were tired enough and did not want to have this chore as well. Fluffy Clean did an amazing job on the move out clean at my apartment! Everything looked brand new and wonderful! Everything was perfectly clean and there was definitely a lot of attention to detail. They even left me a candle and some room spray. Amazing customer service and amazing job! Will definitely be using them again and would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Allie could not be more professional and easier to work with. We needed a deep clean after we moved out of our home; the team did a great job, and it was such a relief to not have to clean the house thoroughly before we drove off in the U-Haul! I highly recommend Allie and her team!
