Very attentive and helpful hearing professionals, they have been quick to resolve the few issues that have come up. Ive had my Resound hearing aids for almost three years and they work fine. I like that they have Bluetooth technology, although it is a bit annoyingly cumbersome at times.

I have hearing that I did not think was possible. I have significant hearing loss for the past 3 years and today I got my hearing back. I feel so blessed. Thank you so much

Ive had a hearing loss for decades. I managed for a long time with lip reading and just nodding along! Thankfully Gabe and the Optimal Hearing staff fit me with hearing aids that work in so many different conditions. I can understand people wearing face coverings, and I dont have to blare the TV to hear it. Thanks yall!

I agree with the other 5 star reviews! I had my hearing tested by Dr. Bree and It was a very Pleasant process. Dr. Bree also tested My 90-year-old mother-in-law and fitted her for a hearing aid. She even has her hearing aids Blue toothed to her TV.

I am currently wearing my second set of hearing aids from Optimal. The first set was excellent and lasted me 6 1/2 years. As long as I use their hearing aids I get to stop by and have them checked, cleaned, and adjusted for no charge. This is true even after the warranty has expired. The people I have dealt with are also excellent, especially Dr. Bree and Dr. Gabe.

As always, the kind staff at OH provided exemplary service and professionalism I have come to expect from Optimal Hearing. Keep up the great work!
