They seemed to pick up the trash whenever they wanted and also only take the trash in the can. Like you can’t just take the trash next to it too ? So glad to be moving and using a city trash service again.

We’re playing this fun game where every pick up day they break the lid to my trash can and leave it somewhere in my driveway for me to put back in. I wouldn’t have normally complained, it’s annoying but whatever. Except today, the lid is nowhere to be found. I need the lid to the trash can, we have raccoons.

It took a couple of calls to get ahold of someone, but their prices are far less than any other place, and they were able to drop the dumpster I rented exactly where I needed it. I didnt even have to be there. They called a few days later to see if I was ready for the pickup. I definitely will use them again if I need to rent a dumpster. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Fabulous company! The disposal men who come to my subdivision are always so nice and generous when I come running down the road with my trash (since we ALWAYS forget to put it out). Price is affordable and service is always on time. Only con, I wish there was an online payment method, but that doesnt take away from the value of their service and company.

Only thing that keeps these people in buisness is there are no other options in statesboro. They never stick to their pick up schedule, they will leave trash in your yard and not tell you what they will and wont take and their payment system is horrid. Also why have a phone if you refuse to answer it!

Very difficult company to communicate with; they seem to have very particular preferences about what kind of trash they will take. They have, on multiple occasions, pulled trash OUT of the can and THROWN it onto my property. I wish there were more options here.

We have moved to many diffferent cities and states. Thomas disposal service in statesboro is the only trash collecting company that refuses to collect many things. Sometimes it is hit and miss. Cardboard boxes collection is depending on their mood. Many days I got so aggravated when I got home and see the household trashes left on my front yard. I called the owner who was no help. They are being the only trash collection company in town is depriving the consumer for alternative and better services. There should be a law to prevent situation like this.

Unable to get ahold of anyone at the company. And now anytime I fully break down my cardboard boxes theyre left sitting in my front yard....

Didnt pick the trash up when schedule. then would leave half of it in the road

Trash services are inconsistent around the holidays and several times we have been charged late fees but its because they dont answer the phone
