They don’t answer the phone who ever the woman is working right now is very rude. My son needed his medication which helps regulate his kidneys I paid for it to be over nighted to his sisters and now no one will help me find out where his medicine is . Cooperate UPS keeps telling me to call the store to do a claim but I paid for it to be over nighted and my insurance won’t cover his medication again. On top of it all the the store or cooperate will give me a solution they keep telling me to call the store to file a claim then the store tells me to call cooperate to file a claim. Not surprised its my fault for using them this has happened to me several times before I will never use UPS again.

I had to get some papers notarized twice. The young lady, I believe her name was Amanda, was always very nice. Once they had a gentleman that was given incorrect information and the ladies worked together to inform him that the information he received was incorrect. They backed each other up. True teamwork.

Not a single employee was wearing mask in the middle of a pandemic. Customers were allowed in the store without a mask as well. Just completely ignoring CDC guidelines.

Please correct your hours for Sunday. It says you are open 1:00-4:00pm, but after traveling 30 miles, I found that you are closed. Other customers walked up at the same time and left like I did.... very disappointed.

My name is Frederick and I received the worst service ever today from this place, I go to the ups store every Monday to have copies made and scanned to email, and every week that the manager is working Im told to move out of the line and and wait until the other customers have been taken care of, not to mention that the lady behind me had copies that needed to be made as well but she had no problem getting her copies made as I stood off to the side waiting to be helped, then once other customers noticed what was going on they offered to let me ahead of them since I had been there waiting for a while, so once the manager heard me and the other customers talking she had me go make my own copies on another machine and told me that if I didnt like the service there that I could go to office max. I think her behavior today and other weeks in the past is absolutely unacceptable, and Im hoping something can be done about this situation, 12-16-19

Employee was nice until I had a problem with the printer. I went to print shipping labels and it was a blank page essentially. I wasted $6 using their computer only to not get anything that I needed. I brought it back in and she said that there was nothing they can do about it because it was a third-party computer and didnt really seem to care. Thats a waste of my time and money and I will not be coming back for that service. Why even have it if it doesnt work.

I had several Amazon returns to be processed and thought it a good idea to do the returns on Amazons website at the counter to have less confusion, which I had the last time. No fault of the UPS store. The woman that assisted me was patient, courteous, and professional, even though they were busy that day. I wish that I could mention her by name, but unfortunately Im not sure what it is.

I had a great experience at this store. Not to go into the whole story, but I had a difficult shipping situation and I had no idea what I was doing. The store was super busy when I went in and I had some anxiety about holding people up by requesting something that I wasnt sure was even possible. Cathy/Kathy (sp?) Was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me. She didnt make me feel rushed and took the time to help me problem solve. Thank you!

If possible, go to other UPS store or just use postal office or Fedex.This was my first time using this specific UPS store, and this was the first UPS store that did not allow me to get a second envelope for a return. I asked why but the lady just told me that whoevers returning should go to his or her UPS store and get a new envelope there. I told her it is being sent to a government agency and I have a prepaid return label. But she still denied and said agency should be sending it with the envelope acquired at their UPS store. Never had this experience before as other UPS stores I went gave me a second envelope as long as I had a prepaid return label.I guess I shouldve gone to other UPS store, which was two hours away but at least I had better experiences there.

Against my better judgement, given experiences in the past, I tried to have a document notarized for me. When I walked into the store I requested the service, two ladies were there, both watched me sign my document. When I approached one of them she said she would not notarize it because it was already signed. I reminded her she had just watched me sign it....but she would not budge. I asked for a manager who then told me I needed to say an oath beforehand. I explained at no time did either one of the girls mention not to sign it or stop me while they watched me. I offered to start over, sign again, and Chelsea the notary would not accept that. I couldn’t remember what my last issue was with getting things notarized here - but this was about the same sentiment, it’s impossible to do it here. They don’t WANT to notarize or help anyone not familiar with the steps. Poor unacceptable customer service - and the manager was just as unaccomadating wanting to become argumentative and petty. I will never ever go here again no matter how “easy” it is given the location.

Clean store, prompt service! My husband has been in the military for 10 years, and he can leave on the drop of a dime. This time in particular, he had to go to Ft. Irwin for training, and in the rush he forgot his iPhone X, and other extremely important documents. I have had problems shipping with USPS and FedEX in the past, and so I decided to go to The Ups Store. Tasheka and her staff waited on me ever so patiently and professionally. They listened to my dilemma, and expertly packaged my husbands phone and guaranteed it would be delivered to him by the next day. Amazing!

I am moving and needed to print some documents. I asked the clerk how much it cost to print - theres a $2.00 minimum she answered. After some difficulty and with the help of the associate, I managed to get my debit card to swipe, at which time the UPS store charged $19.95 to my card (to insure that I have the funds in my account to cover the printing cost) is the explanation I received for this action. I proceeded to attempt to login (via Internet Explorer for crying out loud). The website that I was trying to access would not load. The clerks were very busy with customers. After 8.5 minutes, I gave up and logged off at which time I discovered that I was being charged PER MINUTE as I attempted, numerous times to log on to the website that I needed. When I asked the clerk about this, she indicated that I should ask (the higher education institution) what is wrong with the website, bc it has worked fine all day. Now, come to find out, the problem was not w/the UPS stores internet. There were problems with the website, bc I tried from other locations. I have 3 problems with the service that I received at this UPS store: 1) the lack of concern that I had just paid $8.50 to TRY to access a website and the manner in which the clerk addressed the issue. 2) WHO THE HECK charges BY THE MINUTE to access the internet in 2019??? Apparently the UPS store does, which brings me to problem #3, this is the second time that I have inquired about the printing service at this UPS store - neither time was I informed that I would be CHARGED by the MINUTE or what the amount of that charge would be per minute. I was told on both occasions, that there is a minimum charge of $2.00 to print. This experience was unsatisfactory and I can only hope that UPS stores in the city that I am moving to have better quality customer service.5 June 19So the response of the Franchise owner is to blame the customer. This explains a lot about why that store is run so poorly and why, the person who I suspect was the manager, was so rude. I DID NOT have to OK twice to access the system for your information. There was a problem with the card swipe machine and the clerk is the one that got the card to swipe and started the program. It is very sad when a business owner cares so very little about its customers, but I suppose that is because I mentioned that I am moving and my business is of no concern to this franchise owner. Perhaps it would be of more interested to the corporate offices. Shame on you Randy Curl.

Went in there to drop off a package to be returned to Amazon. The man was more interested in talking to his buddy in the store than dealing with an actual customer. The prices in that store has gotten ridiculous, I asked if I could have something printed off and was told that it would be $3.00 to use the computer. I asked if I could email him something to print, he said it would be $1.00 plus the page printed. I now know that next time I need to print something out for a shipping label, to go to Office Max and then dont even go in the UPS store unless I have to! The employee was rude and ignoring me, his actual customer, and talking more to his buddy when I was trying to get his attention so I could email the label to be printed out. I will not be going back to the UPS store again.

Kayla at this store is literally the best person on the planet! I had a slight printing emergency that I had to work out. She stayed with me, walked me through every process and dealt with my incessant changes to the document color (sorry lol). Thank you for your kindness and patience. I spent an hour at the store to rent a mailbox for my business. Their system went kind of crazy and had to have tech support come help fix the computers but they were very apologetic and helpful, and I was very pleased by the overall customer service! Great store, great people.

Whoever owns this store REALLY needs to be aware of how their manager is conducting business. Our family will NEVER patronize this store again because of the rude treatment we received from Sam -the store manager. Have to admit Sam was rude to everyone in the store- so we wasnt just singled out. She weighed our package and we paid the money she advised we owed to mail package. We advised this was a priority package. Package was returned to our home stating not enough postage!! When we called Sam to inquire why this happened she hung up on us - 3 times!! It is sad as we like to spend money with local business owners but this owner needs to be aware of what is going on in their store. If you wanna chance mailing a package at this store you best keep the receipt as your money may not go to mail your package!

My son used this store to OVERNIGHT a small package to me. $48 They sent it on a Monday and I didnt receive it until Thursday. They SORTED it wrong. They have NO IDEA how to provide customer service when THEY CLEARLY MESSED UP! He was made to wait 3 WEEKS for a refund and then they shorted him $8. WHAT A JOKE! Parents of GSU students......DONT USE THIS STORE!

Website says it’s .10 to print a page but they won’t let you use the printer unless you pay $2 to use their computer. $2.10 to print one single page. 10/10 would not recommend this place
