I have been working with the company long before it was Hire Dynamics(since 2015). Richard Carter is very professional at handling any and every situation. Henry Ayala is also very attentive to ones needs at work. They are both great at what they do, VERY LENIENT but be careful any day can be your last day.. LOL!! They are very fair & will listen to any situation anyone comes across. I have had a few people apply and they have also loved working with Hire Dynamics. Very unprofessional the ladies at the front office are very nice but not very knowledgeable of what is going on in the work area, you will get to your work area & have a complete different task than what they tell you, pay is different, everything is literally different than what they sugar coat at the office, they do not care for you whatsoever and that makes the work site horrible as it is, when u get to the worksite they make rules as they go, and supervisor is very disrespectful, & talks to you as if you were a child, this place is mentally draining, they mess checks up all the time, and promise to put it on your next check and never do. As if the job wasn’t bad enough, so Is the pay!

Don’t waste your time with this agency, unless you really are not looking for a job. The Pooler office is no help at all and I went through the Pooler office instead of the office in Statesboro, Ga because I figured they would have better jobs to offer so I drove almost an hour away to the Pooler location expecting better service and more jobs. Even when I was willing to find jobs and apply for those that paid less, they still couldn’t assist me with getting those jobs. In fact, they even tried to deter me asking questions like “You are willing to drive to Savannah from Statesboro to get a job making $14/hr?” Go with Staff Chex or Kelly Services please people!!!! Waste of my time and gas. The agents are hard to get in touch with. Even contacting them by email is a waste of time. And they rarely call back. A job may be open for you to apply and you can show interest in it but by the time an agent gets in touch with you about that position, it’s no longer available. They are not the best employment agency in the U.S and really need to stop claiming that.

I started out with Trace staffing six years ago. Hire dynamics took over the company so I stayed on as an employee. I haven’t had to many issues over the years. The pay is decent. And as long as you’re not afraid of hard work it’s a great company to work for. They take care of there employees and there’s room for growth. I consider it a second chance company as well. The hiring process is quick and hassle free. They take care of their employees needs and concerns. They Also reward you with employee of the month, and feed us often as well. What I like about it the most is my shift is not just a team but we are like family. We watch out and take care of each other. Looking back over the years I can see where I have been given the opportunity to grow and I have become wiser as a supervisor and a dock manager. With The help of my management. Chris Riley the 4th shift supervisor at Walmart D.C. 6061 as helped guide me and have taught me so much about behavior, and how to handle situations in a professional way. I have come to learn to appreciate certain things about management. For instance the on-site Henry Ayala may come off as hard and very unlikable at times. He even may seem like he’s tough as nails but even nails have a place and a use. Nails are used to hold things together and that is exactly what Henry does. He also gave me a chance when Walmart turned me down. He handles a lot of things behind the scene of things. Although he may ride you and get on your nerves at times. There are many lessons to be learned from his wisdom if you are willing to learn. Under his tough appearance he has a heart of gold. At the end of the day we as employees are a reflection of our management. So That being said Henry’s strictness and straightforwardness is to shape you and mold you to be the best employee you can be. I’m extremely grateful for the opportunity I have been given with this company. It has definitely changed my life.

I dont suggest doing business with this Branch office. They are extremely rude and very impatient. Its almost as if the feeling towards you is that youre a waste of time. In addition to that, you have to continuously prompt them for more info to get job info.I recently called the Branch to receive help on their app, and was transferred to their in-house tech or maybe HR Rep. She began talking me through the steps BEFORE the front desk was able to transfer me, and while I was nice about asking her to repeat herself since I caught the tail end of the convo, she still had the biggest attitude about doing so. (noticeably putting the phone closer to her mouth.. as if my problem was not being able to hear her). By the end of the convo, without notice, she transfers me back over to the front desk once I had a question about applying to jobs. I informed that front desk about it and how she can tell LeAnn to have a Good Morning too but the lack of professionalism was uncalled for.I understand people have bad mornings or days, but Im actually making an effort (especially after hearing the frustration in your voice) to not be a nasty customer. On top of that, it was a SIMPLE issue. There was nothing complicated about login issue, so it was an easy fix.In short, just contact the Pooler Branch their nice, and eager to get job opportunities to you.

I worked with Trace Staffing when I moved to the area needing a job quick. They helped me very promptly and everyone in the office is very professional and good at what they do. I never had any problems with managers, communication, payroll, etc. Adrian is very friendly and will work with you with anything. Heidi was also very good while processing my paperwork in the hiring process. I worked at Walmart DC 6061 as a verifier and they helped me get hired on with the company very quickly.
