I would give 0 stars if I could. They will rip you off and not do anything for your car. Just try to charge you for putting it up on racks and then tell you that you need this or that and get will do it for a ridiculous price. Ima person who reads reviews before I do anything.. and even if you think this place is your last option- GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! This is not only my husbands experience but 2 other people who have tried to go there as well.

I had to replace a tire. I checked around and they gave me the best out the door price. They were professional and pleasant. Yesterday, I was alerted that I had an issue with another tire. It was not a good time financially to replace a tire. I just wanted the spare out on until next week. I called and they switched it out very quickly and gave me a very good price, again, on an out the door price. I will continue to use them for all of my tire needs. I should also mention I had my three grandsons with me when I went for the tire change. Not only did they provide a play area that kept these boys occupied, they provided lollipops for me to give as reward for good behavior. Great quick, courteous service!

Nevil tire is a joke. I came in to have my tires balanced and rotated and waited an hour and a half while they did everything but rotate my tires. They a crooks doing nothing more than looking for possible parts to fix on your vehicle.

Had an issue with this company not putting a part back in after they did suspension work for me. This caused the tires to wear out extremely fast. When I brought this up to them they put the part in and admitted that they didn’t put it in but said the tires were my problem. $2000+ later my truck finally rides right. Do not do business with them.

Had a flat tire and was very pleased with how everything was handled, pricing and time was very fair. The whole staff was pleasant and professional! Joey went the extra mile to work with my time frame and help all around!

I dropped my car off around 11:30am because I had a flat and needed a replacement. I decided to go ahead and get a full set, but if they couldn’t do it the same day, just the one tire. The guy searched the database and selected a suitable set of tires, quoted me what I think was an ok price for 4 high mileage tires and a front-end alignment. I asked if he could do it today and he said they should be able to get it done. Then he called me around 2:30pm (3 hours later) to tell me they couldn’t get it done today. When I asked if it could be done tomorrow he hesitated and said all he could do was try. I asked him if he couldn’t do all four tires, could they at least get the flat one replaced, and he said no. I told him if he couldn’t get it done tomorrow I would have to take it somewhere else and he said he thought that was a good idea. I told him that if he didn’t have time to get it done, he should have told me that when I dropped it off. He said he was sorry, that he thought they could (this was clearly a lie).At 3:10pm, I called Meineke and asked if they could just put the tire on the rim, I could put the tire on the car myself, but I desperately needed a new tire today. They said not only would they do that, they’d put the tire on the car because “that only takes a few minutes”. Meineke had the new tire on my car in less than 30 minutes. They also told me they are full-service and assured me they wouldn’t hold my car hostage. Go to Meineke, folks. Or just anywhere else, really.

Driving from Savannah to Atlanta and got a flat. Nevil got me in and out in a half hour knowing I had a flight in a few hours! They were very friendly, helpful and quick!

Gave price of $32 per tire to mount and balance 2 tires. When they got done scratching my brand new wheels up, and didnt balance wheels because I knew by watching them they would screw that up, they told me it would be $72. I WILL NOT BE BACK.

DO NOT GO HERE. THEY HAVE LOST ALL THEIR FORMER BUSINESS FOR GOOD REASON. I WAS TOLD MULTIPLE TIMES TODAY TO NOT USE NEVIL TIRE BUT OUT OF DESPERATION I WENT BECAUSE EVERY. OTHER. BUSINESS. WAS BOOKED. Instead of doing honest good work to drum up new customers they try to make money by gouging them with unnecessary and non-refundable diagnostic fees, diagnostic labor fees and “tire protection” fees. Labor fees are also charged on top of the diagnostic labor fees. Today I got 2 new tires and 2 wheel bearings installed and my total was almost $900. I left that place today feeling as if I got robbed and cheated. The problem with my car has not been fixed though it has been diagnosed. I will not return to this place, not even if my life depended on it.

I recently had some brake work done and one of your techs went above and beyond to help. Your service manager Nicole casto personally drove me car to see if anything else was wrong because I explained to her I have children in my car at any given time and everything needs to be safe. She explained to me during my brake job what was going on and how long it would take. She was very nice and professional. She knew what she was talking abt and brought to my attention that my bearings in one of my wheels where going bad. When I return to have that work done, I would love for her to be apart of that process again. I trust my car with her, being an old lazy mechanic.

My family was leaving Savannah headed home to Atlanta when the break sensor alert came on. My brakes locked. The truck began to sway so we pulled over to inspect my truck in Statesboro,Ga. I notice there was smoke and fluid coming out of my passenger front tire. We called triple AAA which sent A& P wrecker which was awesome (very friendly & careful) with towing my truck!! They towed my car to Nevil Tire Service.The customer service representatives were helpful and friendly. They even suggested bringing our children to play in the shops play area while they diagnose my truck.The parts were barely marked up. Most car repair shops make a fortune on parts but Nevil Tire Service did not take advantage marking up. The labor was surprisingly cheap. Labor was only 160.00 for a Range Rover Supercharge caliper/ hose job. Nevil Tire Service even suggested that I pay after the repair was done. I reside in Atlanta so there was comfort knowing that the shop was storing my truck in their garage. I give Nevil Tire Service 2 THUMBS UP!!

I have never felt so disrespected by a individual Intill I went to nevil tire. I have heard nothing but good things about this place by my coworkers and neighbors. My neighbors bring their vehicles here all the time. I will never get repairs done here again. Nicole the service manager was so disrespectful and you couldnt understand anything she was telling my wife and I because she was in such a rush to get us out the door. Not only was the service horrible but 3 of lug nuts fell off my truck shortly after pulling out the parking lot. The smell of alcohol and Marijuana was so overwhelming my wife could not stand to be around her. I do not suggest taking your vehicle here to be serviced. I told my neighbors abt my experience and they will no longer be doing business here as well as myself.

This place is a joke. Gone there multiple times, always disappointed. Take your business somewhere else. Always raising prices, adding services not asked for. Took a tire in this morning to be patched, told it couldnt be patched due to location on the tire, yet the tire was not moved or touched from the location I dropped it off. Theyre just looking to sell you a new tire.

Very nice people had what I wanted

Took my car in because I had an intermittent A/C problem telling them that I had already checked the relays and fuses. I am thinking some sort of a switch or some other electrical problem seeing how it was intermittent. Well I got a call telling me that my compressor was rattling and coming apart and that I needed to replace the condenser as well. Total bill was going to be $1500. I had sticker shock and was then told maybe I should trade off the car. Well I looked on eBay and the compressor and condenser was about 200 for the pair. I wasnt convinced that was the problem so I told them I would pick up the car that evening and to just leave the key in it. Then I got a kind of rude voice message saying they wouldnt release the car unless my A/C diagnoses was paid for. Fair enough, it was only 40 bucks, sounded cheap after $1500. So I did a google search and found that my car has a lot of problems with an EVAP sensor. So I tested that and ordered the $15 part and after 2 hours had the A/C fixed. I wonder if I can get my $40 back from the crap diagnoses? What would have happened if I would have let them replace that stuff and found out there was still an issue? I think they thought that had a real sucker on the line. Avoid this business!!!

They are crooks. I went to get my back lights fixed and the charged me $150 for a battery because they said my car wouldnt start. My battery was fine when I dropped it off. Then they charged my $89 per hour to find the problem which was a bad wire. After they fixed it they told me my alternator isnt working. It broke while they were working on the lights. The said I had to pay for another one and labor. My bill reached $1106. They told me they had a used one for a little over $300. I called advance and the told me $224 for a brand new one. I told the guy and they dropped the price down. If you take your car there, dont say you werent warned. They kept finding things wrong and driving up the price. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!
