Unprofessional with the handling of live broadcasts. Poor sound quality, filters were constantly on the screen. Worst of all I missed most of my uncles funeral that I couldnt attend from half the country away after it abruptly stopped. I even called the funeral home to ask them to fix it. Nothing. Unacceptable for the amount of them theyve done prior to this. It has made grieving even harder for me because I couldnt be there.

I am very thankful for the caring services of Deals over the years, they took care of my mom in 2005 and are now handling the recent passing of my Dad. Jake and staff showed us the most compassion and care during our time when Mom passed. From the start to picking out everything to the Cemetery her burial. Jake is also and Ordained Minister who conducted my Moms service it was beautiful Thanksyou Jake so much. And the prices was awesome as well and the dignity and compassion All Deals Employees showed was great. They now have Jeff at Deals who can handle your life insurance needs and they have changed from just your traditional life insurance. I highly recommend calling them and setting up your preneed plans as I just did it will take alot off your loved ones when its your time to be buried. Again Thanks to all the Staff there.

Verbal agreement to record service was not honored. I was hung up on when attempting to resolve the situation. I am heartbroken that the people around the world who wanted to watch the service now cannot. 💔 COVID-19 killed my husband and now the funeral home took even more away from our family.

They were fabulous! Curt Deal kept my focused on what I needed to do, yet allowed me to grieve. They included my family. I asked for tradition and dignity for Lewis Hendrix. I got more. And...I have been told the hand out was the best visitors had ever received. Than you, Deal Funeral Directors!

Dealing with the passing of our mom (09/30/2021) was extremely difficult but Jake Futch and staff handled everything so nicely.
