Ive used them for years (and years and years)for everything from computer repairs, to building a new computer from the ground up, and have always had a fantastic experience. Recently I had a computer that was under warranty die, and they handled everything and got my computer fixed and back to me. I would have been lost without them!

Did a great job on my computer and price was very reasonable.Had to add to original post. My computer didnt work with my monitor and these guys took it in the back and within minutes it was acclimated to work just fine. Great place, if and when I need computer work Ill be coming back here.

So far so good. I called and asked them to put a gaming pc together for me. They have been courteous and professional. They ordered all the parts from their vendors(which usually means its cheaper than retail), which came within a few days. I should have the pc by the weeks end. They charge a small fee for assembly. I feel its worth it since I didnt want to mess something up.

External hard drive was on the fritz. Calling Micro Computer Plus, I was given a $45 quote for data retrieval and asked how much it would be if they failed to retrieve the data and was told it would be less. Asked the tech who took my device and was told about the $45 bench fee and again asked how much if they fail - it would be less. Get called back after a couple of hours and told they could do nothing with it and that the charge is $45.I understand they took time to analyse the device but from what the tech said they did, it couldnt have taken more than 45 minutes but they want $45 for failing? I could see $25 but not full price.

I had gone to micro computer plus recently just to pick up a few things that I didnt even think they would have. Im a computer enthusiast and honestly dont need anyone to work on my computers... BUT! These guys jumped through hoops to help me find some parts for a frankenstein build I was doing and they definetly didnt have too (the things I was after were not worth much). Very friendly and welcoming, if you need help come here. You will not be dissapointed. Someone will help you (with a smile i might add!) Even if you know your way around the innards of a pc, go here if youre in the area. Well worth the stop. It was for me.

My pc rescuers! On 3 or more occasions the friendly staff at Microcomputer Plus from receptionists and techs to the owners (Perry & Luke Zeigler and Tony Hogdes) have saved our personal and business computers. Their prices for services are more than reasonable, but more importantly their service is quick, friendly and they are super knowledgeable about what they do. I feel safe and at peace trusting them for any and all problems. And they even went above and beyond when my business laptop died. Luke brought me a loaner laptop, backed up all my old stuff on an external hard drive and let me borrow both till my new pc was ready! Wow! AA+ service! For pc repair and help there is nowhere else to go in Statesboro!
