Went in to pick up an online print order today. I looked in the bin to pick up my order and it wasnt there. I used the button for assistance(clearly thats why its there). The employee was extremely rude as though I interrupted her day. I gave her my name 3 times to let her know who I was picking up an order for and that it wasnt in the pick up bin. She rolled her eyes and seemed disgusted. My order was just sitting on the counter like it wasnt important(I got the email that it was ready for pick up). I called back to speak to a manager, sad to say she was the manager on duty.

Wonderful service! Had an important print job needed completed perfectly. Unfortunately, Im in Florida and needed it before Friday! Waited to speak to a manager but was offered to be helped by Travis who was able to listen and hear what I needed. Immediately passed me over to Julysa where she again listened to what I needed and even opened the file to be sure. The print turned out perfectly! Excellent job by your team, manager, you didnt even have to pick up the phone!

I had to make a sign for my sister for her 21st birthday (I had no idea how to even begin to do that), and the ladies working at the printing center were SO helpful. They made my life so much easier and even helped me put the sign together. I will definitely be back! This made my night! Thank you SO much!

Staff is rude and would not acknowledge my presence when I was ready to pay. Customer Service is non-existant at least with the crew that was there on 8/12/20 in the afternoon. With only 1 other customer in the store you think they would be jumping to take my money. They will never get that chance again. Ordered what I needed on line from another retailer, got it cheaper and arrives today.

Came in for 6 4x6 photos to be printed on photo paper. Terrible job. First off, we waited forever and they were not very busy. Secondly, the images are not even on photo paper!!! Lastly, we looked over the images and they cut our heads off in the picture. I’m sorry but who wants pictures with heads cut off?? Absolutely disappointing and will not be back.

The store was neat and clean. One employee almost walked right over me but never said a word. Luckily, I was able to find what I was looking for without assistance.

I stop in here at least once a week and am happy with the service I get. Though its always busy, the folks in the printing department never let me down. :-)

I came from a town with an Office Max and always had great service there, but when I moved here not so much. Plus its the only office store in town. I like supporting local retail stores but this one not so much and Ive given it multiple chances to prove itself. Ive now found other resources to get what I need for my business in towns close by.

Had to get a cashier to help me, people on the floor just ignored me. I was trying to buy word and computer protection. I bought protection for 10 devices and it wont let me use it on more than one device! Absolutely no service or help.

The guy that helped me answered my questions was very helpful and very knowledgable.

The people working here are always nice and I love going to the teacher appreciation events. Some of the stuff can be expensive, but if you shop using the sales and coupons, its definitely worth it.

They are all SO nice and willing to help. GREAT customer service!!!

The print shop supervisor Jessica is very unprofessional. She was actually glad that I cancelled my order. I cancelled the order the same day I made it, then Office max still charged my card and said to call back in a week to get the credit back. Last order I make with Office Depot/ Office Max. Promise that!

Not much selection and very high prices. Checkout guy signed me up for the rewards program without asking me. If theyre collecting info like that, the company might not last long.

I have had wonderful service as well as not so great service. If you are on a time crunch I would not go here, with that said, their printing is superior. For every unprofessional employee Ive met, there has been two that go above and beyond. Because of these people I come back.

Selection is limited and items are overpriced. However, they do price match their online prices. The online prices are usually much cheaper.

Poorly staffed the people who work there try hard. Hardly anyone out on sales floor and theres always a line. But they make up for it with a poor selection. /sarcasm. The KMART of office supply stores. Please come to Statesboro Staples!

It wasnt pleasant at all, my business wasnt wanted and I got the feeling the employee was late for lunch! There was to much of a hassle to get pictures scanned onto a disc, and it felt like I was talking in a foreign language to get one done! Ridiculous having to call and call until someone says, oh yeah, I know how to do that!... Statesboro has gotta get it together! 1 star for the one guy that could finally help me after 4 people!!!!!

The past two times I have been to office max I have had the worst customer service experiences. Last time the rude employee lied about prices and availability of supplies at office max and currently I have been waiting in line for going on an hour at the print shop bc the guy Harry running it is so slow.

I cannot get anyone to answer the phone at this place!!!!! I even called corporate to get someone on the phone, and they had a problem. I tried to fax something and the fax wont go through..... probably no paper in the unit!!!! I am listening to the phone ring; it has rung at least 150 times and still NO ANSWER!!!!!!
