They cant match up a part for a JOHN DEERE GATOR without having a VIN, even though I took the part for them to match it. And what kind of JOHN DEERE shop isnt capable of pressing in a ball joint for a JOHN DEERE GATOR!?!?! I have bought parts from Blanchard for a few years now but I will never step foot back in that so called JOHN DEERE place. I will now only shop at Vidalia JOHN DEERE.

Would have given them 0 stars but it’s not possible. Bought our brand new lawnmower from this place maybe 3 months ago. After minimal use maybe every 2 weeks, the pulley covers rattled off & we brought it up there to get fixed, because we have a 7 year warranty on the thing and these people said we INTENTIONALLY broke it. Now why in the world would we damage our own machine that we are paying for???? How’s that even possible to do?? The rods they replaced were literally almost inaccessible without lifting and going under the whole machine, now if we had the tools to take it off we could have fixed it ourselves, and never had to bring it up there in the first place. Then afterwards told us to bring it back if they come of again, after telling us there’s now way they just come off by themselves? Huh. & charged us almost $150 just to put OUR OLD covers back on. Please explain to me why we would bring the old covers with us if we damaged them? It was just ridiculous. All I’m saying is I will NEVER go back here for anything, if anything happens in the future I would rather take it to another location because these people weren’t helpful at all.

I would do one star but that’s not possible. They call themselves a John Deere Dealer, however, it appears that they have no knowledge on John Deere Parts or equipment unless they can find it in a computer.

I just purchased my second zero turn lawn mower .the salesman Levi was very helpful and polite.l would recommend Blanchard equipment .thanks to everyone at Blanchard equipment.
