Ive been coming here on and off for 8 years. Ive tried other practices in the past, but this one surpasses all my other experiences! The owner, Bethanne, cares deeply for her clients, and the staff is amazing! Especially after covid, having the telehealth option is so important. Its allowed me to have frequent appointments so I dont have to travel to town. Ive grown in so many ways from the services at A Journey to You, and highly recommend Bethannes team to anyone!

A certain therapist I had (won’t say her name but she knows who she is) is a scammer! She took advantage of me at my most vulnerable moments and gave up on me as a client and told me to stop showing up. The minute I stop showing up she charges me for the sessions she told me not to come to. When I told the front desk she lied and they took her side. Still getting charged to this day. Place is a scam.

This is a very great place to seek services. I’ve felt welcome from day one when I called in and spoke to the office staff. They are very patient and very kind and actually care about each and every one of their clients at A Journey To You.

Despite the other low star reviews, I decided to give this place the benefit of a doubt and give this a try anyway. I can say now that I agree with them and will not recommend them to anyone. Reception would not answer my calls on purpose after a few attempts (even picked up once and they hung up before I could talk). I tried letting them know to take me off their new patient list but no response. I never leave reviews let alone low ones, but I have now. I really was hoping to like this place.

They cant get the billing system correct. theyll tell you they sent a bill to your insurance company when in fact the insurance company never got it. Then you called them tell them resubmit the bill again.Problem of sending the bill to insurance company seems to be a big problem.This company wants you to pay upfront even tho your waiting for them to send the correct adjustment bill. Thats why people have insurance not to pay Full Price.So be careful cause youre going to Collections.

I would not recommend this place to anybody. A guy receptionist was so unprofessional and rude, he started screaming at me on the phone. The owner then got on the phone and started saying the same thing he said but in a condescending way, is that how you run your business? Making people who want help feel bad for it? Steering clear of places like this!

Absolutely adorded my therapist but reception was AWFUL. Left me feeling unwelcomed and that they only cared about money not helping me as a mental health client. Sad to say I had to leave after reception was so terrible.Therapy dog was also never there.

Always completely booked. When my counselor left they did not even notify me. Reception is always extremely rude and unhelpful. Stuck here because they take my insurance.
