We own a weekend/vacation property that hadn’t been properly cleaned in a LONG time. When I called to arrange service they were back logged for way beyond my initial request and I was scheduled for the second requested date. I received a call a few weeks later and got an earlier spot after they got a cancellation! I’m back here now for the first since the cleaning. It’s AMAZING!! What a great job!!! You couldn’t ask for more! Thank you, thank you. I’ll always use Molly Maid!

Called to start service. They would not guarantee that only vaccinated people enter your home. Unprofessional and not acceptable during these times. Very disappointed that the market is not demanding this - why are people using them without such a guarantee. We are worth more than cheap inappropriate and misguided opinions about vaccination.

I have been using Molly Maid for years, cleaning our new construction homes, rentals, listings, and my own personal home. They do a great job and have always been able to squeeze in last minute jobs for me. For my personal house Sam and Joanne do a great job, love having regular girls who know my schedule and even love saying hi to my dog. I would highly recommend Molly Maid to anyone looking for a great cleaning service.

They don’t clean properly, they don’t respect schedules, they are dictatorial in telling you when they will go to your place and not flexible, even if we have asked way ahead for dates. 3 times they have not come for over a month and I have sent them pictures of places easily accessible that they didn’t clean.The girls are very nice though.

They always do a great job of cleaning, which youd expect. Where they excel is in their customer service. Theyve always listened to my concerns and acted on them to improve. I have several health issues that require them to have some sensitivity to unusual circumstances and theyve always treated me respect. They actually help me feel confident and safe in my home and that is truly special.

I recently had major surgery on my spine and am unable to clean. The ladies at Molly Maid are amazing! They are very thorough, kind, and friendly. I would recommend them to any one and everyone!
