I called Center for Travel to get support in planning and upcoming European trip- not inly did it take weeks for an agent to call me but once they did they NEVER followed up. I have been waiting 2 months to hear back from a travel agent regarding my trip. Unfortunately, since then I have planned a while new trip without the agent. I DO NOT recommend this travel agency if you want to plan an upcoming trip. They do not take their job seriously and it is very disappointing.

Had a simple question about visas. Lady wasnt helpful. Didnt want to answer my questions. Basically said visas are expensive and implied I cant afford it. As soon as she learned I might not buy the ticket there, she became irritated and wanted to end the conversation. Poor business practice.
