See the formal complaint filed with the Better Business Bureau #11392688. These jokers wouldnt even respond to the BBB! Absolutely terrible. The work was sloppy. I couldnt even tell that they had even been there. A neighbor told me they werent there very long (which was obvious based on the state of the carpets when I checked their work), the technician (owners husband) banged a wet nozzle down the stairs behind him and left saturated wet spots all the way down the stairs. I found pieces of dirt and small white crumbs of drywall (we had been doing some reno work) still sitting on the surface of the carpet in some places!) I had to hire another company to come in on a tight deadline and do the work the right way and then these people still REFUSED to refund the $220 they took for the worst carpet cleaning job Ive ever seen. Still havent been able to get my money back after about 5 months of trying. PLEASE stay away from these people! We ended up using Blue N White and they were so much better to work with.

Took over nearly an entire month just to install drywall and lied to avoid cleaning it up. The process should’ve only taken 2 weeks max, but these guys are just lazy and produce sloppy work
