I took my vehicle to this shop for two different repairs I had some engine work done and exhaust work done. On both occasions my vehicle had to go back cause they didnt do there job right the first time. Also, my vehicle was there for almost 3 months out of the year 3 weeks the first time and 2 months the second time. Very unprofessional and they do not work in a timely manner. Im not sure who the office guy was but he didnt coordinate there repair jobs in a timely fashion that most repair shops would. No vehicle should spent as much time there as my vehicle had. The owner of the business was very polite and understanding when I had told him the situations I was having but I dont think Ill be using there services anymore.

I dont trust this place. Ive been getting several reports under my email of someone from this areas ip address trying to change passwords, or get into my accounts. This better stop, or the police will be notified. This is the one and only warning.

Called to have a front axle replaced. I’ve had the same problem on the truck in the past and know exactly what the problem is. They tried to convince me to get diagnostics done for $5,100. Obviously only interested in screwing people out of money.

After being ran around in circles by other shops in town, I called Raymond’s auto and they were able to get my car in and a quote given that same day. Finished a pretty complex repair job in my transmission in 3 days and at a price lower than that of what I was quoted for labor alone at other places. Overall a fantastic shop and definitely would bring my car there again if it needs another big repair job.

I dont have to use them much, but when I do go for any service, I get the same professional and honest service. Great repair place without the worries of being ripped off.

Raymond is good people, but give you an honest and fair price, cant seem to know what theyre doing at the shop. The only hire certified met mechanics. Hes also very good dude. Best place in Starkville fix your car

Total ripoff. Apparently when Raymonds auto strips out an O2 sensor that means they can charge you whatever they want to cover the costs of their mistake. Wont be getting my business ever again.

With it warming up, I needed to have my wifes car looked at for A/C issues. I was in and out within 15 minutes and it is cold.
