Kraker properties are the absolute best! I have been living on one of their properties for almost 3 years now and it has been an absolute joy! The houses and apartments are awesome! Highly recommend! Danielle our landlord was the nicest and most responsive landlord I have ever had. Whenever there was a problem she was there to help immediately! Live here for a great time!

Rented from Kraker Properties for two years. The apartment was older, so it understandably had maintenance issues. However, The company they use to fix things never seemed to fix the problem, just patch it up. A/c lines from the apartment above would leak into my apartment every few months, and instead of making a full repair, theyd only flush the lines. Would take weeks to months before my ceiling would be repaired. Had my laundry room ceiling leak 2 or 3 times before any real repair seemed to be done, and the problem stopped. Leaky faucets never seemed to stay fixed. I had 2 whole loads of laundry ruined due to a washing machine going bad and leaking grease before they would replace it. The outside of the place was a dump half the time. I emailed asking for it to be cleaned up, their response was that a guy comes weekly to pick up litter. A month later I had to email again because nothing had been done. I started cleaning up others trash from my back patio myself. I specifically rented here because of the no pets rule. I like animals, but not the constant barking that most college students allow their dogs to do. However, there were barking dogs in all units surrounding mine. NOW FOR THE BEST PART! I graduated and moved the majority of my stuff home. I left a few belongings and some cleaning supplies, so I could clean the place up before my lease was up on July 31. On 7/24 I emailed them to see about a moving out inspection, something many landlords do in order to get your deposit back. They informed me that the apartment had already been cleaned out and a new tenant was in there. My lease was not up, and I was still paying rent and utilities. They had thrown away everything except my $100 vacuum. I drove to Starkville to retrieve my vacuum, which they left outside their office where anyone walking by could take it. I stopped by my unit and confirmed that someone else already had their belongings in there, and mine were gone. I requested 6 days rent be refunded, along with my deposit, since I could only prove that another tenant occupied the unit for 6 days. They complied with my request.

I have loved living here for the past two years! Absolute best locations and prices for those locations in Starkville. I have never had any problems here and wish i didnt have to graduate so I could stay longer!!

Kracker properties is SO easy to work with!!! They are kinda and so understanding! They are not near as strict as most places around starkville! Locations are very beneficial because it’s really in the middle of everything and close to campus! Very much recommend!!

Kraker Properties is a great value and they are incredibly professional and timely.

They are horrible. Do not rent from them. We have mold in our house we are renting. They are doing nothing to assist us. They are practically ignoring us.

Very friendly and helpful landlords/manager. The apartments are all in great locations in Starkville. I have lived in their properties for several years, and I highly recommend them! I have had nothing but great experiences with them.

I have been living in Kraker Properties Apartments for some time now and I can say on behalf of myself and my roommates that our time here has not been the best. We have had many difficulties with the apartment managers responding to our emails, and with having them get maintenance done when things break (which is often). I do not recommend living at these apartments, there are plenty of other places in Starkville with just as low of rent and more responsive apartment managers.
