It was great working with Karen and Alison at Prince Law Group. Both ladies were very professional and answered all my questions and eased my worries. I find Karen to be gentle yet firm when dealing with my child custody case and Alison seems assertive and passionate. I can assure you that regardless of these attorneys personality/demeanor, you are in good hands. They are both knowledgeable, good listeners and most importantly fair. Bad or no advice and a major overbilling issue. They look reasonable by the hour but I asked another attorney to look at my bills and said for what they did it was outrageously high. I have changed attorneys and they gave me better advice in free 45 minutes consult than the Prince Law Group gave in 6 months when I was paying. Examples of bad practice, not informing me of court dates, badly communicated with other attorneys or lied to me about the communication with the other attorney. My attorney when in court was so nervous and inexperienced was literally shaking and could hardly speak. It was embarrassing.

Dropped $2500 retainer.... Used up for one day in court of my attorney just sitting there entire day. No other cases like the other two..I get billed for that plus the initial email and free consult. I think $2500 was grossly misused and to charge more?? The time the attorney did any actual work in court was a total of 30 min max! Do not waste your precious money!!!UPDATE to response: I supplied all documentation nicely organized in a binder. Min work was necessary. Still send a bill after some revision. Still took my entire retainer deposit for no more than a total of 45 min work for the entire case. Attorney did not consult me before going against what we discussed and therefore misused my time and funds.

Wendy Prince helped me to accomplish what should have been done from the beginning of my divorce. I changed to her firm after being very disappointed with the initial firm I had used. She and her legal team were thorough and available when I needed to contact them. She and her team had no problems dealing with a very disrespectful and indignant man. She caught issues that changed the outcome in a very positive way for me. I couldnt be happier with her and her team.

It’s unfortunate that I have to write this, but their practices have me concerned. My personal attorney wrote up a prenup agreement, met with me multiple times, had multiple conversations over email and text messages, and even met after to do additional work with both of us- all of which was covered by the retainer. This group seems to have worked at a slower pace, for which I feel racked up the bill more than what the retainer was. They were nice enough to write off a small portion, but before the last meeting they made sure to get extra money before the end of the meeting from my fiancé “ in case there was any additional charges. Be very mindful when dealing with this group when it comes to their fees.

I got devorce 2 months before the date which is great but then they were charging me my ex fees because they were to lazy to look for him. Very disappointed

Horrible agency!! Wendy hung up on me all because I asked her can her practice handle a child support case. Rude and not friendly at all! Do not waste your time!
