Make sure you have a bar code to scan and not a QR code.

WORST SERVICE. CANT TRUST UPS DROP POINT.They lost my package and when I went there to check, they have no clue about it. The representative who is supposed to collect the package, did not move from her chair at all. And asked me leave the package on the counter. And now its lost. And they dont have any records handing it over to UPS. This is just negligence. I am never going to use UPS or never going to step into any Staples again.

Usually pretty empty and cold inside. It is like a wellOrganized warehouse, you can come and get what you need but the products, prices and services aren’t that special. Staples is called or named themselves “the office superstore,” however it doesn’t feel that super to me. ***They cannot accept UPS packages from amazon,***it’s like come on Staples, keep up with the times! They advertise UPS services, but do not bring your packages from amazon here because they cannot scan or type in the numbers. Unbelievable! I even called beforehand bc they are open until 9 pm and wanted to make sure. So the staff also isn’t aware and have misinformed me.Also, when I got there I was so excited that I couldDrop off my ups items after work and open until 9 pm, when every other UPS is closed. When I got to the counter, I said hi to the young lady and smiled, she didn’t say hi back and had an agitated facial expression (and it seemed as if I was interrupting her and co worker with their girl talk as I stood there waiting for her to finish up the convo), she blankly stared back and then looked down at myPhone and said we can’t scan those, I asked can it be typed in and she said no, no valid explanation and no genuine customer service experience of being informative and pleasant. I would not recommend to go here, the parking isn’t the best and the staff does’nt seem happy to be there to help-might as wel just go to Walmart.

Be careful they lie about weight limits of packages they can take but when questioned about no one can give you any specifics. First they say 40, then 50, then 60lbs. They cant tell you if it’s a staples policy or ups policy. Then they blamed the driver. Sounds to like typical I’m just to lazy to my job bs.

Quick and easy for amazon returns. Easy parking.
