I would give ZERO stars if possible. The company owner, RT, acted in a manner that was, in my opinion, the epitome of dishonest. I was asked to pay in advance, in full, for specialty flooring in a finish that was being discontinued In return Sunshine agreed to warehouse the material for several months until our project was ready for it. I paid for the material but Sunshine never brought it into stock as promised. As a result, we had to scramble to find new flooring at the last minute and I had to involve an attorney to get my refund, which has taken approximately two years. In the end I believe that I only received my refund because I agreed to settle for several thousand less than I paid and Sunshine knew they had no defense to my litigation. Buyer beware - learn from my bad experience.

Let me tell you about a business that never have what you looking for, went there looking for Provincial Duraseal stain, the girl that works there just told me to look in the shelves or in the floor, if its not there we dont have, just like that, with no efforts at all to help me!! And its not the first time its happens! Anything related to flooring you will not find it there, and the girl is just there to chill because she does not want to help the customers at all, anything you ask her she just reply we dont have it without even looking, its unbelievable the customer service at this store!!

Sunshine Floor Supplies installed an unfinished re-purposed floor on a new room in my house. They did a great job all starting when I went to the store to look : the sales person, the installer, the finisher.....all very nice to deal with.Thank you! They have great products...I suggest to check their showrooms!

My recent purchase of PurParket from sunshine flooring was a refreshingly very pleasant experience. Robert took his time to explain products, their application and installation. No gimmicks! With his honest and professional help I was able to decide what would serve our purpose. Coordinating time and place of the delivery went also surprisingly smoothly (as promised). As a new customer to Sunshine Flooring, I have asked a specific product [2:1 Ratio EcoPoxy] with keywords of “Clear and Solid” that was going to be used onto a project [River table]. Instead I was given a discontinued product [1:1 Ratio EcoPoxy] that I believe it had the same properties as the 2:1 Ratio Ecopoxy. Following the instructions of the product, I left the epoxy settle for three days, the epoxy never harden and was tacky. I left it for one month and still the same result, tacky, add pressure with a finger nail and it’ll leave a dent in the epoxy. I contacted the company EcoPoxy which manufactured the Epoxy and was told the 1:1 Ratio EcoPoxy was a discontinued product from years ago and was made for casting vases and mugs which the store never notified me before purchase. I contacted the store and was told the manager would call my number to find solution and never have receive one. I had to go to the store and I showed them photos and videos of the epoxy being flexible as well leaving dents. In the end, they never offer me a solution to helping me fix the tacky epoxy or provided the right products I needed to scratch or save the project. All the products and materials I spent for this project went to waste. Huge disappointment! Including all the hours of work to raise the money and putting the time as a student into the product was just burnt for nothing.

I stopped by this store a few weeks ago to pick up supplies for a job I was doing up in portchester and it was a one stop shop. they had everything I needed and some products I had never even heard of before! The young girl in the front was a sweetheart and seemed very knowledgeable about their products. i don’t work up in that area often, but I highly recommend Sunshine. The only downside was the tight parking, but the great customer service makes up for that.

I purchased flooring from Sunshine recently and I was very pleased. Their pricing was competitive and they got the wood to the job site on time. Definitely would recommend.
