Was looking for a next-level bagel experience and this did not disappoint. I reflexively toasted the bagels at first, then realized they were so good that toasting was not needed.Perfect chew on the outside, and dense but soft on the inside. Lovely.Plain, everything, and blueberry were all delicious…with cream cheese, salted butter, or just by themselves. Definitely worth planning 2 days ahead and driving to pick them up!Invite some friends over or take them to the office…these are best the first day, but still tasty on subsequent days.

We recently moved up to CT from DC and had been searching for a good bagel place. So many of the NY style bagels up here are definitely NOT the real deal. We finally found Erics and our bagel dreams have come true. Crusty and chewy and great everything flavor. Eric truly cares about his craft! We drive from Torrington to Stamford at 6am every few weeks to pick up a new batch to eat and also to freeze. So you know its good! We look forward all week to our weekends with Erics bagels!

Nicole brought us the most fresh, delicious bagels even though tropical storm Elsa was raging outside and starting to cause flooding in our neighborhood. Truly amazing bagels and above and beyond service.

We made a window table reservation and loved every second of it. The food was more than delicious, the service was great and the view spectacular. The lady taking care of us for the night was very professional and very nice - (redish curly hair). We will be back again.

I Discovered Erics Bagels via Instagram, just had to try them based on their Insta stories. You think to yourself, how much better can a bagel be than all the rest? I visited Proof Coffee, where daily you can find Erics. ...These Bagels are the “Goat” in all categories; taste, texture, smell and visually gorgeous!For Xmas I ordered their pretzels, 1/2 cinnamon 1/2 salt. I wanted to let you know that your bagels are the best bagels we have had since moving to Westchester two years ago. Maybe even in a long time: My husband and I are originally from Brooklyn and moved here via city. We were really sad to move away from some of the best bagel shops in the world but after having bagels from you this morning we are finally relieved to our bagel tradition back!! As New Yorkers, our one complaint of living in Stamford is not being able to find our favorite foods to the quality that we’ve been spoiled with. This might have been the most amazing bagel I have ever had. Eric couldn’t have been nicer and was so accommodating (even in the snow) to deliver these bagels. I toasted the bagel and it ended up being so crispy on the outside, but still stayed doughy and amazing on the inside. The chive cream cheese was the perfect compliment to this bagel too!I have had bagels from everywhere in Stamford and this is by far the best. I urge everyone to try Eric’s bagels ASAP!!
